Location is good!
For the price I pay and the location, it was good. But as for the facilities in the hotel room, it was disappointing. The hairdryer in the room is so bad (power of hairdryer is really low) that I need to take ages to dry my long hair. Also, when I was there to check in, was told to give 500 SGD for deposit however wasn't told anything when I booked the room so was clarifying why I wasn't told of it and the receptionist isn't being very nice. Overall, location was definitely good.

Cleanliness, buffet breakfast, near to all modes of transport and budget stores and restaurants
If you have a chance - book Room 1208. this is perfect for 3 persons. A daily comfy bad, a silent working ref, a new LG flat screen TV, very clean bathroom and a friendly cleaning lady on the floor. This room also has a clear view of Nathan Road and of Portland St. which could help in planning your daily itinerary. This is a busy hotel I must say but it is proof that it is well patronized. Hats off to the front desk staff (Henry) and another male person who assisted in getting our luggage safe after checking-out. No issue on the $500 deposit. This allowed us to save and buy a pair of sneakers at Fa Yuen St. on the last day. Would definitely come back sometime next year.

Excellent location and service
The location of the hotel is excellent. Less than 3 minutes walking distance. Due to young children and elderly in our group, we choose to go by Exit E with lift service but also very to hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to praise their service. My father in law was having fever and unwell, they took effort to come our room to help to measure his temperature at about 11pm. Then, my father in law vomited and dirtied the bed. The housekeeping came in promptly to change to a new clean bedsheet. Imagine is about midnight already. Bell services also act promptly without keep us waiting. Overall, a good value for money hotel.

Bad Service
Only location is good
First of all, during check in, I ask for the 19th floor but staff told me that the level was upgraded and i need to pay extra. It was not stated in my booking that the booking that i had was old room. The staff said that if i wanted that level, I need to pay a fee which is a lot more than i booked online. When I checked out, I wanted to leave my luggage as I am going to macau for a day but the concierge said that i need to pay a fee. Service is totally bad.
