ok, understaffed, ignored by bell service
there really isnt much to add to the title, aside from location, the only other thing that was decent was the room size for Hong Kong, and for the price.

I entered, trying to carry 3 big luggage cases, bus boy/bell service right there, ignored me, didnt even try to open the door for me, which incidentally is just next to a footstep, not the easiest thing to do. Going to the line, and getting cut in by rude chinese, the desk staff at least apologised for the LONG LONG wait, though there were spare staff (whom I saw coming from a back room doing not much) not coming to help at the front. For the hard workers at the front trying their best to check everyone in, this is unfortunate. Overall from atotal staff of about 20 i could see, only 2 were really working. Id give this place a 3/10 overall for that.
