Hotel location and price.
Hotel Luggage management need improvement, three days luggage storage is not enough.
I would like to write to you to let you know how much we had enjoyed the stay with Metropark Mongkok Hotel. The standard of the service were among the best we have experienced in a three star hotel. My wife and I were travel from Australia. We thoroughly enjoyed the 11 days with that hotel.

Very convenient location. Practically right next to the Prince Edward subway station.
Hotel situated in a very busy, hence noisy district, and it has only 13 floors. You will hear cars driving by at night disturbing you from your sleep.
The overall impression was good. The hotel was clean situated in a convenient location. Close to the Prince Edward subway station. Within 2 minutes walking distance you can find yourself convenience store (there is two 7-11), supermarket, restaurants, canteens, shopping malls, and practically anything you need in Hong Kong. The staffs were generally polite and the place was clean.
There was one problem I had with this hotel, though. When I checked in the hotel the receptionist told me that, because I bought my reservation online, I was entitle to free local phone service from my room. When I checked out, however, I was told that only the first 10 phone calls were free, and I would have to pay for the rest (I made total of 20 phone calls). I told them that the first receptionist only mentioned about free local call, but never a limit on the numbers. They said that the rule was on the form when I ordered online. Well nothing was mentioned in the voucher I received from Agoda, and anyway it was their receptionist's fault for not telling me the limit. I ended up paying 50 Hong Kong dollars for the local calls that I was told was free.

location was convenient, close to everything, room was nice, hotel staff were nice.
Metro park mongkok is highly recommended as the room were nice looking, the bed and pillow were a bit hard. The location is really convenient as mcdonalds, shops and restaurants are all located downstairs. MTR is 2min walk away and the ladies market was just a 15min walk.

Location and
Free LAN access in room
Service of hotel reception
The hotel is conveniently located at a 5min walking distance from Prince Edward MTR.
We stayed in a standard room with 2 single beds - the reception informed us that our room was upgraded but it looks like the usual standard room. However, it has LAN access point and we could use the internet for free - perhaps this was the referred "upgrade". Apparently, not all rooms have the access point and if you have to use the wireless service, it is payable.
The room is small but this is expected. It is clean and the room is turned out daily. The hotel also provides free English newspaper on weekdays.
It is possible to walk to Mongkok area that is full of shopping opportunities and cafes/restaurants. It is a short 15min walk.
It is easy to arrive from the airport to the hotel via the airport bus that stops in front of the hotel. It is more inconvenient to take the same bus to the airport because the bus stop is located at Mongkok and it is a hassle to pull your luggage for 15mins to get there and to weave through the people. An alternative would be to take the airport express MTR - it is faster but one has to take to an interchange station first and do note that the MTR trains are usually packed and it may be troublesome to take the train with many pieces of luggage.
Hotel Feature Tip : There's only a single power socket in our standard room. Do bring a multi-plug if required. The TV does not have many channels for selection so don't have high expectations on this point. Request for a room with LAN point during booking, if required.

Location of the hotel is at very prime area.
MTR(Prince Edward-Exit C) is lesser then 5 Mint walk
Good Hospitality
Room area is smaller then expected
Water is also chargeable - no complementry bottels
Bed is smaller then usual in Superior rooms
Metropark Mongkok is over all a good experiance to share though there are few drawbacks yet goddies are more to count like prime location, besides MTR, Night market shopping area @ walking distance of 10-15 mints. Airport Bus service at the door step etc are few to say.
Hospitality of hotel is recognisable & appriciable.
Restaurant Tip : Hotel restaurent food is not at par with price. Near by hotel (Besides MTR Entry)value to money restaurent "cafe de coral" is located which i found best for breakfast.

Easy to check in and easy to check out, Reception desk staff is helpful, housekeeper change towels and clean everyday. Near the train station.
breakfast buffet food selection is not worth of the price at HKD 70.00.
What we really like in the hotel is the cleanliness of the facilities / room and easy to check in and check out. Reception desk staff is helpful, citing that they can also give directions of how to go to a location. Newspaper is daily supply except weekends. Housekeeper change towels and clean everyday. However, we noted that breakfast buffet food selection is not worth of the price at HKD 70.00. Nevertheless, there were many dining shops around and very easy access, 5 minute walk to Prince Edward train station.
Nightlife Tip : Shops around close near midnight and easy access to food at 24 hours.

1) Close to transportation.
1) Location of the hotel is not really for tourists. 2) Most of the restaurants around this area don't have english menus, and can't speak english. 3) Key card to get into the hotel room never worked.
Metropark wasn't a bad hotel, but it wasn't a great hotel either. I can't really pin point what I liked or disliked about it. However, all I know is that I didn't like the location. Also, the fact that my key card never opened my hotel door was frustrating, as I found myself going to the reception each night, after a long day, asking them to fix it.
Hotel Feature Tip : Do not drink the two bottles of what which should be complimentary, but are not. You'll find yourself paying almost $5aus for each bottle when you check out.

Convinient location, near to Prince Edward MRT station, near to cafes and restaurant.
Rooms very small, sound protection not good (can heard the sound from outside of room easily)
I book this hotel mainly because of the price. During check in, I was inform by the receptionist that I get a free upgrade. When I first step in the room, I was dissappoint, after free upgrade, I get such a small room. The sound protection system in the room is not good (can heard sound from outside of the room easily). Set aside those dissappointment, I find this hotel location is convinient, near to MRT station, and cafes restaurant.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the mtr, near to shopping centres and food. Clean rooms and is well cleaned and maintained everyday.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Everyday the room was cleaned throughly and towels and toothbrushes were filled with new ones. Though the hotel room was small, the price and the location is good for tourist and the mtr is only 5 minutes walk away. One to two stops away from Mongkok and Tsim Sha Shui. There are a couple of 24/7 cafes below the hotel and the convenience store is just the street opposite the hotel. The hotel room may not have the best view but for the price, location and convenience, its worth it.
Shopping Tip : Just 15 minutes walk to the ladies market and 10 minutes walk to shopping centres.

Good location very near the MTR station. Many restaurants within the vicinity.
Room size is small which is normal in HK hotels.
Metropark Hotel is a very good 3star hotel. Near the MTR which is very convenient to tourist since you will be able to go any place of interest at a minimal cost as compared to taking a taxi.
The front desk service was good.

Good location: Near MTR, professional staff, clean rooms.
Fittings are a little old (toilet) and lighting is a little too dim where th full length mirror is, defeating the purpose of the mirror.
It is conveniently located right next to the MTR and casual (but good) dining can be found at every turn.
Staff were also professional, friendly and efficient, attending to our every needs promptly. Even though there were small discomforts like the lack of light in certain areas of the room, it was overall a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would stay there again when I next visit Hong Kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a short walk down to Fa Yuen Street in the morning, just a stone's throw away from the hotel. You will find the local market coming alive before your eyes: Grandmas with grandchild in hand, man with a towel wrapped on his head, trying to sell his product.
Walk pass this street at ten plus at night and you might be able to get fresh fruits at really cheap prices.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Superia room at the corner (No.1034) actually smaller than others with the same type.
Hotel is located in a good location. Just few steps to MRT Prince Edwards. Walking distance to Mongkok shopping area and Lady market. Hotel & Rooms look a little bit old but it is clean. Room size is not too small. Easy access from airport by public bus A21 (but stop just in front of the hotel).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Direct bus no.2 to Star ferry to see Symphony of light.

friendly staff, clean rooms and linens, overall cozy room, very very accessible.
expensive wifi and no choices for tv shows.
The hotel is right in front of the A21 bus stop and walking distance from the Prince Edward MTR station. Staff were all very helpful. We arrived early, around 11:30am, and we were able to check-in right away. We were also given a slightly spacious standard room. The hotel is also surrounded by 2 7-eleven stores and several small restaurants for those in a tight budget. Nonetheless, the cafe concourse offers not so expensive breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. The toilet was very clean. The hot and cold shower and bathtub worked perfectly. rooms looked so well maintained. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be that nice for its price and I'm glad that I was wrong.
Shopping Tip : the hotel is a few steps away from the mtr stations and walking distance from bargain markets along fah yuen and tung choi streets.
