great location, small clean rooms, nothing fancy

pros: location is great. one to two blocks away from nathan road. its near restaurants and mcd thats open very late or even 24hrs, that is. the bus station to sz is right next to it which is great. customer service is ok.

the superior room we stayed in was clean & suprisely spacious.
the concierge was very helpful to our inquries especially mr nick cheong.
he made effort to ensure we understood the direction he pointed us by walking to the
door to show us the building that we wanted to go.
overall had pleasant stay in the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, except that its condition is not very high relative to the money you pay- you dont get a lot! Not the most courteous service -I even say: that the service is not pleasant and inviting at all!I stayed in this hotel several times and each time I left with an unpleasant feeling
The rooms are small and old, uncomfortable beds!

love the location of the hotel. minutes walk from the mtr station. 2 streets away from fa yuen st (flower street). right beside sasa, mannings and watsons. minutes walk from all the good food and great shopping!
Restaurant Tip:
must try out the yee shun milk company, g/f, 513 nathan road,
hong kong. 5 minutes walk from hotel. serves great tasting milkcurd.

I instructed my travel agent to book for me this hotel as a local business associate recommended it. Reason being I need to attend an wedding occasion in the Convention center. It was within the walking distance to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious enought for two adults and even three. Will recommend to others if they are travelling to Hongkong.
