Service is good and staff is friendly The hotel should have free shuttle service to airport for hotel guest The room is suite for 2 person sleep, quite big and clean room. Is very near mrt station and quite many food to eat nearby the hotel.

Good location for food and shopping. Although the room are near to the noisy main road but the window are construct with double layer glass so no worry for the noise. The room are a bit small. The mattress are hard. Matropark Mongkok are locate at nice place with many eating places and shopping are just at the corner of the hotel.

The room that I stayed in is extremely small. The hotel staff are friendly and profeesional. You can ask them for directions and place of interests.
The location of the hotel is also good. It is only 5 min walk to the nearest MTR. If you prefer to walk, you can also walk to Mongkok area where there is a lot of shopping to be done.
However, the room that I stayed in is extremely small. The room also looks a bit old.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is near Mongkok shopping area.

Polite Staff.
Staff were helpful.
Rooms neat and tidy.
Small rooms.
No free bottled water. Hotel was suited to more of a budget minded traveller. Close to shopping in Mongkok.
Travel tip : Hotel around two walking blocks from Mongkok Shopping. You need to purchase bottled water as it was not provided free of cost.

Very convenient. A21 airport bus stops at the front. MTR a few minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Mongkok East train station which will take to the the new territories. Every year I choose to stay in this hotel as I have to travel to Prince of Wales Hospital. It takes me just 20 minutes. Close to shopping streets especially you are interested in inexpensive but fashionable clothinigs, young and old alike. Close to other areas which are specialised in diferrent commodities, eg electronics, cameras in Mongkok, clothings in Shum Shu Po. This time I was upgrade to a superior room which has internet access and a safe. I found these very useful. The room is very tidy and clean. The hotel like many others in HK is right in the centre of many high rises. The streets around are very crowded with congested traffics. The coach station to China is just on the side street and often there are coaches parked. There are many travellers to China and you will find the environment polluted - a combination of car exhaust and cigarettes. The staff is very polite and helpful. They invariably offer to take my lugguage to the room which I invariably refuse because after a long journey I like to unpack and change as quickly as possible instead of waiting for another 10 or 15 minutes for my personal belongings to come to me.
Travel tip : You are entitled to free local calls if you book on line.

Location near MTR station and easy access to food within walking distance. Very friendly frontline and housekeeping staff. No free wireless internet access. First time I have tried this hotel as a business traveller and I like the location which is very accessible by public transport and MTR. Mongkok is a busy location but around the hotel, it was not crowded. Some of the best chinese foods [listed in HKG Tourist Food Guide] are located around the hotel. My room on the 18th floor was big [not normal in Hkg std], clean and all the needed items were there. Housekeeping was fast and efficent on requests. Overall, I like this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Dim Sum - Fung Shing Rest. 749 Nathan Road. Just a few minutes walk from Hotel.
Noodles/Chinese desserts - Dai Kee. 384 Portland Street. Also walking distance from Hotel.

The location is good for travelling from Airport. The Airport Bus A21 stop right by the side of this hotel. Housekeeping and bell services is excellent. Though I stayed in a non smoking floor, the smell of the smoke is still evident. My card access to my rooms also had some problem, need to keep resetting it at the reception. Location of the hotel is good for its value. There is a 7-eleven store just oustside the hotel. There is at least 1 24 hour hong kong style cafe behind the hotel. Macdonald which is mostly 24 hours is 5 min walk from Hotel. If you don't mind walking, it is actually very accessible to main shopping areas in Mong Kok. Mong Kok is 1 MTR station away from Prince Edward Station.

Great hotel. Most importantly perfectly situated. Close to transportation and shopping Wish they had rooms with kitchenettes. Everytime I travel to Hong Kong, the Metropark Mongkok Hotel is my hotel of choice. Not only is it always greatly priced, but most importantly my family and I love the location of this hotel. It is close to public transportation and shopping. Now that I found agoda, its even cheaper than booking directly with the hotel, which I have done in the past. The only thing that would make this hotel even better is if they had rooms with kitchenette's in them. Eating around Hong Kong can be expensive and I would have liked to cooked a few meals, if possible. Overall, great stay! I am never disappointed at this hotel.

Spacious for one person, in-room safe, LCD TV, Good location This is my first hotel stay in Hong Kong since my last visit more than 10 years ago. The location is the key of this hotel. With 24-hour McDonald nearby, supermarket next to McDonald and local delicacy next to the building. Its wonderfully located. As for the hotel, the room is comfortable. Nothing to complain for a budget stay. Would recommend to those who come to Hong Kong for a short stay.
Restaurant Tip : There is a supermarket next to McDonald. Good place to buy your basic ammenities like water since the hotel do not provide complimentary water.

Near shopping, MTR, easier to find food The Water Heater, should change new one already as when taking shower sometimes hot sometimes cold. Overall, Metropark Mongkok Hotel is a quite good hotel. Near to the shopping, MTR, easier to find food days & nights. Transportation also quite easier to get. At there you can see also the Hong Kong culture. I'll stay at that Hotel again if i'm going to Hong Kong during my next travel to there.

Location, near Prince Edward Train Station.
It is also close to Bus stations that will bring you to Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
Convenient - It is close to an open market around Portland Road.
Room space is not big enough. But still it's value for money My stay in Mongkok Metropark are enjoyable. Also I have no worries travelling around from the hotel since it is near the MTR. Food stalls and restaurants are around every corner. In the event of emergency you can always go to the pharmacies around every corners.

So near to MTR Station Prince Edward
Convenient to get around, nice food outlets around.etc... This hotel, although has quite small room size, does have a few advantages. It is very conveniently located just one minute walking time to the nearest MTR Station Prince Edward. U could opt to walk or take the train to the station Mongkok for nearby shopping and foodstall eating. Nice night view also.
Hotel Feature Tip : If your flight time is later in the night or in the evening, u can request the hotel staff to deposit all your luggages first....

Across the street from Prince Edward MTR. Nice restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Wireless Internet pretty much useless and VERY expensive. Very small TV's. This is a great Hotel situated in a great location. Don't waste your time and money with their Wireless Internet and forget PCCW cards at 7-11. It is even worse. Simply ask for a room with a wired connection. It is free and very good.
The MTR is so convenient just across the street and there are a number of very good restaurants nearby. My favourite would be the Hotpot variety.
Restaurant Tip : The Hotpot restaurants serve very tasty food.

Very Convenient, easy excess to MTR, good service The size of room is too small Overall is an ideal hotel to stay at Hong Kong, The place is surrounded by happening streets and shop, easy to find different kind of food, and also got alot of shopping choices all around the area. MRT, Bus and Taxi is easy to get just a step out of the hotel. The price of the hotel is reasonable, service is good, polite staff very friendly smile.
Nightlife Tip : Night street is full of people and food stall, very happening
