Convenient, In the middle of everything, Grocery Store right across the street, lots of places to eat.

Beds too hard.

At first I was hesitant to be staying at the hotel since there were mixed reviews about the room being small, etc. However, when I got into the room, the room was just right for me and another person. The room is not fancy. There's a bed, tv (with very few stations) and a bathroom. Very minimal. But, the reason why I was in Hong Kong was to sightsee and to hang out. Every night we didn't get home until after 12 and would wake up early and be out and about. This hotel is very good if you are just looking for a room to stay at. Very very convenient to the train station.

Very accessible to the subway, the best place to stay when you are going to and coming from Shenzhen,China.Quite a few nice places to eat beside the hotel.

The mattresses are hard and not comfortable.

I always stay at Metropark Hotel,Mongkok because their rates are reasonable.I like to eat at some of the restaurants beside the hotel. The best thing I like most is the accessibility to the subway. The hotel is also seviced by buses coming from or going to the airport.Their rooms are small but comfortable.

Superb location, a block from the MTR. It's very clean and roomy. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Even though the faucet water was labeled non-potable, the two bottles of water placed in the room each day were not complimentary, and in fact quite expensive (10$ each). When we were there, the second elevator wasn't working

The hotel is ideally located, a short block from the Mongkok MTR station. Rooms and hallways are as clean as the lobby which was essentially spotless. Ideal firmness of the twin beds and room space was satisfactory. Breakfast offering was less appealng, but coffe and was just across the street. We were very satisfied especially at the cost which Agoda got as an early bird status for us. A shuttle service from hotel to airport is available at a reasonable cost (about US$11).

Restaurant Tip : there's a roast duck place within two blocks of hotel where you get a hearty portion for less than US$3

Cheap, Clean, Good service.

Room size quite small.

Cheap, Clean with good service. Near to major shopping areas. 10 mins walk away from Goldfish market & Ladies Market. 5mins to 7-11 store and 24 hour Mcdonald restaurant in case you need to buy anything at night.

Check in was efficient Superior rooms were Ok Cleaning of rooms was good Air Conditioning was adequate Cafe Concourse buffet was good Close to a MTR Station

Air Conditioning within Cafe Concourse was set to low, and Im european

This was our secound visit to the Metropark, on our first visit I was somewhat surprised with the view from the room window, when you overcome the shock, you realise you are in the middle of the "Real" part of Hong kong and not the santised swanky hotels in the tourist downtown area. The clientile of the this hotel seems to be predominantly Chinese, with a few European. Both visits I stayed in the superior room, I found the room not to bad, the rooms were cleaned daily and at a good standard, the check in was efficient, we only eat at the Cafe Concourse as it was buffet meal, the variety of food was good in 2008 but much better in 2009, the service was very good, The hotel is located near a MTR underground station so getting round Hong Kong was easy and Cheap. It is also near Nathan one of the main shopping streets, also close to the ladies market and flower market

It is near eateries and Jordan MTR station. Staff are helpful in providing directions and information.

The room is small and do not have good sound insulation. I can hear the next room's tv sounds clearly.

It is not exactly value for money as the window opens out to other flat residents' windows thus we kept our windows covered throughout our stay. The attraction such as Ladies Market is not near the hotel as we had to walk many streets in order to reach it. We are rudely awaken by next door's tv sounds early in the morning due to the bad sound insulation of the connecting rooms. But staff are helpful.

An excellent hotel for short stay and first time traveller to HK. The location of the hotel was excellent. In the vicinity of shopping and eateries, busy and popular Mongkok & Nathan Road. The MTR station is stone throw away, thus gets you around easily.

The rooms are relatively too small and F & B is limited.

Highly recommended for casual traveller who won't expect must to be offered in the rooms. The MTR station and the staff attitude basically are salient points to the hotel. Guest will definitely amaze with its location to famous Women Street & Fish Street. Electronic goods and sports attires are easily found to buy. The hotel rate is value for money for what it can offer.

Very near to MTR station, easy to get food. Lots of bargains all around the area. The restaurant on the 1st floor has a wonderful buffet spread.

Very small rooms, hallway dimly lit. Communication can be a problem as some of the staffs are not well versed in English. Limited electrical plug points in the room.

Rooms are very small, view is either facing the main street or lane. Sound proofing of the rooms is bare minimum, can be quite noisy from quest chatting outside the hallway. Upkeep of the room is average. Not to expect to much for room ammenities, very basic. Iron and board available on request.

Travel tip : Local tours can be purchased at the lobby.

Good location, clean and friendly front desk& house keeping.

No views and tourist spot within walking distance of 10mins. Noisy surrounding and no airport bus-stop nearby for departure.

Overall no complaint as compared with the price. Good service of front desk& house keeping. Good location for MTR traveller as it is just 2mins by walk from station. There is a airport bus stop at front of hotel for arriving but wondering why no bus-stop for departure?? No shopping area or sight-seeing spot within walking distance.

Hotel is very clean and neat. The staffs are very helpfull. Location is very convenient a minute from Prince Edward MTR and also walking distance into Mong Kok.

The only thing i disliked is the hotel room is quite small.

The room is very clean and there's a dressing table and tv and mini fridge and also a closet near the door to hang clothes. The toilet comes with bathtub so it's quite big. The location of the hotel is not exactly in the shopping district like Mongkok MTR but it's near Prince Edward MTR, around 2min walk. It's approx. 7-10min walk to Mongkok, Ladies market, Langham etc. There's the 7-11, restaurants, McD around the corner. It was so nice the hotel staff recommended us to take a cab back to airport and it cost us HKD280 after adding the toll and the luggages charges (HKD5 per luggage). The journey is approx. 30min to reach airport. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
