clean, new, comfortable hotel

enjoyed my stay with 3 kids (ages 4 , 8 & 9). it's a clean hotel within walking distance to the mtr as well.
an area to improve on may be to add another sofa to the room. for the family room, it's crucial to have a small stool as my daughter who is 4 couldn't reach the basin n we had to carry her every time she needed to wash her hands. very inconvenient at times.
generally, it was a comfortable n enjoyable stay.
would recommend to friends who need a place near mtr.

Decent hotel, ok location, uncomfortable sleep

It is a fairly good hotel for the price we pay for the family room for 4 of us. It is a very new hotel with staff who really love their job. The receptionists are really helpful and dont hesitated to provide suggestion for food and shopping. The elderly bell boy is really helpful, helping us to book a taxi, set us off for lunch, and ensure all luggage are ready to be loaded onto the taxi when we are back.
Rooms: although small, it is well designed, with all basic necessity provided. Eg theres no fancy fixtures like wardrobe, only some hang knobs provided in case you need to hang clothes, there's only a telephone in the room well positioned in the toilet, etc.
Downside: the floor is dirty and you can feel grains if try to walk bare footed. It is obvious that it was not even clean b4 we check in. I suspect they only did the basic of drying the sink, changing the towels, and dumping the trash. I doubt they even changed the bed sheets, as my body was itching throughout our stay. The bed sheets are either 100% synthetic or very starched as it was very uncomfortable and scratchy to sleep are. The pillows are way too soft. Although the location is very centralize, it is about 2 blocks away from any eatery, which is consider abit of a walk, given causeway bay is such a close knitted area. Toileries provided are very basic, so best to bring some of your own.
We are pleased overall, as the hotel is really very new and there's no way you can find another place this decent for the price. We will not hesitate if doing a 1-2 night stay, but will choose another place for anything longer, as I am really fussy for having clean bed sheets and a clean floor. Otherwise, it's highly recommended.

Nice & Clean Hotel, Good location

It's a nice & clean hotel located at Causeway bay, the MTR is just about 5 min away walk from the hotel. along the way from MTR station to hotel, you will shop until you drop. The service is good with a smile and say hello each time when they see you. The con about this hotel is the toilet seems a bit small.

Definitely the only hotel I will return to when I'm in causeway bay,it's walking distance to many good and cheap food plus good shopping malls. Lee garden , Times Square etc. ten minutes taxi to LanKwai fong at night.

Very new Hotel with all the basics covered. Comfy Bed and Free Wifi. Rooms are small though hence the name. Lift area needs refurbishment and checkout time is an hour earlier than most local Hotels.

nice rooms
Is located near shopping malls at causeway bay, however, hotel is hidden and is not easy to find when you first arrive

Hotel toilet maybe a little small for taller people. However, it fits me just right and was able to close the toilet door. Bed was of reasonable size for corner rooms, however the middle 2 rooms beds were smaller.
Overall it was a great stay and hotel customer service was good.
