Pleasant stay in a triple room.Spacious with comfortable bed & free wifi works well.Bathroom is big but basin is low as this is a handicapped accesibility room. Within 5 min walk to times square. Sogo also nearby for you to get the famous wife's biscuit.convenient location.

but no catering service and no fridge in room.
lighting in the room gives a comfortable mood and it would be better if have light switch near beds

The room is spacious and clean, and decor is simple but nice. Location is also excellent - within minutes walk to causeway bay metro station and major shopping area. The biggest down side is the toilet room being too small - I can barely close the sliding glass door with my knees actually pressing on the door when sat. It's ok for me this time as I am staying in the twin bed room alone, but it would not be very convenient for those who are traveling with companions. The shower diverter is also not functioning in the first morning of my stay - only half of the water came thru the hand shower and the remaining half insisted to come thru the lower spout. Luckily the friendly staff helped fixed it during the day and it worked perfectly well during the remaining 3 nights of my stay. By the way, there is no closet but just open hooks for clothing.

Comfortable Hotel in Causeway Bay
Location of the hotel is 5 min walk from Center

Clean room with good lighting. Large windows face a quiet street in Causeway Bay Area. Lots of shopping near by. You can walk to Times Square in 5 min. MTR is located at Times Square. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a coffee shop around the corner. There is no closet space or a closet in this hotel.
