Perfect hotel and perfect location!
Hotel is very clean and rooms are big. Even comparable to five star hotels that I've been to in China and Taiwan.

Hotel is just a stone throw away from Temple Street Night Market. It's just a walking distance also near the Jordan MRT station.

Stayed in Nathan Grand room
Front desk staff were nice and hotel was well located with a short walk from Jordon Mtr station.

Close to MTR, restaurants and have shuttle to convention center

The staff was most helpful. We arrived early and was able to get room right away. It was raining and staff offered us an umbrella. There was a free shuttle ride at 9 am in the morning to the Convention Center. The executive room was spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. I don't mind going back to this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a cafe called Tui Wah (?) a few steps on the right side of the hotel from lobby door (next to the 7 Eleven store) It has really good coffee and milk tea. Breakfast is very reasonable and food is not bad. It has a rice noodle soup with special pork and shrimp dumplings that I like. I can have a bowl of that everyday!

Good location, right between 2 MRT stations

I was upgraded to another room on the 10th floor upon check in. The room was relatively spacious though the price is on the high side. Overall the room is neat and comfortable. However, the pillows are too soft for proper support.

Upgraded to a club floor room. Very disappointed and should have stayed at the Novotel next door instead. It was very dated and the food and service was essentially pathetic. Will not be staying here again.

pros: location is good. easy accessible to any where. good food all around. and we really appreciate their staff leo, he's very helpful and helped us negotiate a good taxi rate to airport too. after all, the stay is enjoyable.
cons: should change the hairdryer, slow speed and takes too long to dry people with long hair.
