We went there to early so we have to wait for a couples of hours.As we just a group of teenagers the staff didn't really pay much attention on us. The location was near the mtr station. it's around 4-5 minutes walk. overall the hotel was good, but pretty upset with the staff. Due to my experience i think the price was too high. i can get a five stars hotel with that price...

Well, i am always have a great stay in Nathan Hotel, since 2004, when in HongKong, i preferred this hotel than others, large room size, warm and welcome staff, near from ladies market and nice walk way to tsim tsa tsui and harbour, starbucks next to door but too bad not open for 24hrs, nice lady in front desk serve. thanks for all services..

Nathan Hotel - Recommended!!!
Helpful staff, great location, clean, nice rooms, fast broadband, subway is just a few blocks away

This is the third year I stayed at the Nathan Hotel for a short HK holiday before returning to the US from the PRC.
There was never any kind of glitch in the accommodation or service. Everyone was unfailingly polite and helpful. The room were very clean and everything worked as they should.
I got the upgraded room that included breakfast and 24/7 internet connection. I had fun exploring some the stranger stuff at breakfasts, things like mashed potatoes, some strange salads and various Chinese breakfast items.
It's all good. I plan to stay there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Bali Restaurant
Good Malaysian food. Just off Nathan Road. Go towards Jordan, about two blocks down on a side street to the left.

nathan hotel has a nice location, many shops closeby, plenty of local food stall and small restaurant are within walking distance at the back alley, there is even a nice dessert shop serving local delicacies opposite the hotel at the side street, the MTR station is also 2 block away so it is easy to go around and plenty of buses along the nathan road
What amazed me is that the high speed internet service is provided free of charge, normally hotel charge around HKD120 for a 24 hours access, so this is kind of nice especially there is no internet shops around.
Room is a bit small but the newly renovated room gave kind of fresh feeling, but most of hotel room in Hongkong are small anyway
I also like very the BIG safety box in the room as i ccould place my 17" laptop inside, that gave me a secure feeling
Shopping Tip:
the surrounding shops are medium class goods, for branded stuff, one has to go to Tsim sha Tsui area

staff membantu pada saat maw menitipkan barang, hampir smua staff bisa bahasa inggris

secara keseluruhan saya tidak puas karena kamar yang saya pesan tidak sesuai, harusnya twin menjadi singgle bed dan tidak ada upgrade kamar

Good location, minutes walk to Jordan MTR station

Booked a room with twin bed plus an extra bed. The hotel upgraded us to a 3-bed room, which was really spacious for HK standard.
There are a few dubious dark-skinned men along the journey to the MTR station who will look at us from head to toe.

Comfortable and clean. Toiletries were adequently provided and the bed was well made each day. Very pleasant stay for us.
