Check in staff was friendly and done within minutes. We were upgraded to an Executive room which is relatively big in Hong Kong at an extremely good price. The MTR was within easy access, a few minutes' walk away. I was however disappointed with the hotel's concierge service who was unable to provide information on the distance between the hotel and the MTR. The bell boys were very helpful with my luggage and helped to carry them to the free shuttle stop for the Airport Express. The stop is about 30m to the right of hotel entrance. Very convenient for getting to n fro the airport
