A small hotel in a big city

It is located at the heart of the city and it is very easy to access to food outlet. Although the room is rather small and the facilities are just enough, it is still acceptable consideration high population in a small countries like Hong kong. The mass rapid transist is also convenient beside the bus service.

The worst and more expensive place I've ever been!

Ridiculous small and precarious instalations for so over priced place.
The access, in the middle of a gallerie is not the best one and the elevators are small and take ages to get, the rooms are not confortable, not clean, I saw lots of bugs around, the a/c makes noises all night long, the bathroom there is no room, when you take a shower it wets all over he place, and you still have to take care not to drop anything on the toilet.

Once you overlook the size of the rooms, you'll find that the location is brilliant, with easy access to MTR and a taxi force who will know the way home. The service was great actually, with punctual and professional housekeeping, and a friendly front desk. The price was by no means cheap, and the reputation of the building complex as a whole usually precedes it (which each man should interpret themselves), although the atmosphere could easily be described as fun and vibrant (albeit quite dodgy). Convenient and never boring would be the best way to summarise the New International Guest House. It's a great gap year hang out, and a reliable stay in brilliant Hong Kong.

Séjour facile, Hotel bien tenu, un très bon accueil, Anglais courant. Un prix relativement abordable (budget moyen), très pratique et en plein centre de Hong Kong. Une très bonne adresse dans l'ensemble. J'y retournerai.

最初、部屋を間違えられました。すごくびっくりするくらい狭い部屋でしたが、変更した後も大して変わらない感じでした。シャワーが水しかでないのと、シャワーを浴びるスペースがなく、トイレの上で浴びるのかという感じでした。
ただ、不要なものがなく、シンプルで安くていいと思いますので、男の一人旅でしたら、問題ないかと思います。

いつも寝るためだけの素泊りで利用してます。
ロケーションは◎、但し部屋は極狭！
エアコン、ホットシャワー、Wifiはちゃんと完備されているので
寝るだけとしての目的なら可。

THE・安宿です。が、タイトル通り、場所がネイザンストリート沿いなので地下鉄へのアクセスが良いです。しかも九龍側の南端から徒歩5分ほどなので、シンフォニーオブライツの鑑賞ポイントにも近いです。部屋はベッドとトイレとシャワールームを詰め込んだ感じで、「寝るだけなんだから安い方がいい！」という旅行者にはピッタリだと思います。
ベッドメイキングはちゃんとしてましたので、不快感はありませんでした。
有名な重慶大厦（チョンキンマンション）の中にあるので、アジアではない異質な雰囲気が出てます。女性のみの旅行には利用をおすすめしません。
個人的には「必要十分、安かったから満足」という感じです。
