I like the friendly reception staff that greet you and their prompt service.
Its my first stay at Newton Kowloon and nothing disappoint me as i was met with friendly staffs and room was clean and neat just that the location wasnt near the MTR but the taxi outside the hotel was easily available so that compensates the former.
Hotel Feature Tip : the staff knows where the good food are located..ask them and they will direct you.

the place was decent and clean, however the rooms were too small. The location was a little hard to find, but within walking distance to a number of good eating places. front desk staff could improve on their quality of service

Good view from the room, nice staffs and convenient location.
The staff is nice and good at helping people. The room is arranged very good according to our request, also there is a good view from the room. We had a good experience living in this hotel.
