Upgrade to Exec level definitely worth it
Easy to get a taxi / relatively close to MRT
Toilet didn't flush very well....that's about it.
I liked the hotel. Very nice location if you want to stay in Wanchai. Everything is very accessible. Airport bus drops you right at the hotel which is very convenient. I was very impressed with the staff and how easy it was to check in and check out. Also, worth paying extra for the exec level if you like to have a few beers at night.

good location to restaurants, shopping and transportation
Some of the staff are obviously not as well trained as the majority of them.
We come back to Hong Kong to visit every year and have used half dozen different hotels here, mostly located on the Hong Kong island itself. When it comes to location, easy of access to restaurants, shopping and major transportation, this hotel must rank one of the top ten. Furthermore, it does not hurt to cost less than per night in an expensive place like Hong Kong.
Hotel Feature Tip : Only 3 minutes walking distance to Airport Bus A11, which is great for traveling with light to medium lugguage.
