Althought it is a novotel hotel, the room is below my expectation. it is very small, and just by the road, very very very noisy. You can even hear the talk next room.
The front desk staff is efficient, but not friendly, they seem always busy and reluctant to offer your additional help.
the only good thing for this hotel is its location. nothing else.

I visited Hong Kong for the fourth time when staying for 1 night in Novotel Century hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is just on 5 minutes walking distance to the bar area. Everything apart from the room needs to be paid extra, like breakfast, Internet etc. The costs for these facilities are relatively high. The hotel is good, as well as it's location, but the price performance ratio is average.

getting to the hotel is a breeze from the airport and took me approximately 40 mins. checking in at the business floor level was quick and efficient. the staff were efficient and always had a smile. a draw back was the size of the room...swinging a cat would have been a problem ! likewise the bath steam extractor system did not function adequately. Overall, it was a good expoerience

I chose this hotel for the location, and it was great. Wanchai MTR was a 5 minute walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up doing an upgrade to a premier room, which was worth the extra money. With that I got a room on the highest floor, unlimited wired internet access in the room, late check-out until 4pm, breakfast, and free cocktails in the evening. I'm not sure how much bigger the room was than the regular rooms, though. The room was smallish, but I was fine with it. The shower was great.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel Century Hotel. I was in Hong Kong for work, and so it was very convenient for me to go to the Convention Center in Wan Chai from this hotel. I usually stay at the Novotel whenever I am in H.K.

Good Italian restaurant at the hotel.

I thought the Novotel was a perfect stay for me as I had work at the Convention Center in Wan Chai, and it was very convenient for me to stay there.
Nightlife Tip:
Lot of bars in the area. If you want to go to a quiet place and not go far, then go to bar X. Close to Empire Hotel.

Convenient hotel for business near airport

The hotel staff was welcoming the moment I steped in. I was happy that the standard of the hotel and services were maitained after repeat visits. Although the location is far from the city, it was good for me as my customers are located near the airport and convention centre. In general, a hotel worth staying at an affordable price and good facilities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Although the hotel was far away from the city, it is relatively convenient with the MTR, which takes approximately 40 mins to the city. Taxis were readily available too.
