It is quite strategically located to both shopping and public transport. The hotel is functionally complete and clean. Lacking the extra human element and housekeeping need to be a little more detail but this is maybe an individual issue rather than hotel practices.

Good location between Wangchai and Causeway Bay, close to many shopping centers and restaurants which are not so crowded as in Central area.

Very nice place in Wan Chai. Near MTR station, and easy to access all transportaion mode. This hotel is near to Wan Chai star ferry harbour if you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui or Kowloon. Many restourant around this hotel. I wish that I can stay again in this hotel someday when traveling to Hong Kong.

Had a problem at check in as a technical problem between Agoda and the hotel resulted in non-confirmation of our reservation. Asked for duty manager (Rebecca), who checked us in, as we have small children, and sorted the problem for us. We were also given an upgrade room. Pur stay was a week and all aspects of the hotel and it's staff and service are top notch. Happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Travel tip:
Good location, conveniently located near Victoria Park, Causeway Bay, Times Square, and many other shopping locations. 5 minute walk to MRT station, traveling around HK very easy from this location.

hotel is located in great location, plenty of activities, shopping and attractions. close to mrt station, victoria park, causeway bay, times square. we stayed 1 week over christmas, lots of offerings for families, buffets, and gifts for children. excellent staff and duty managers.

The location of the hotel is really good, surrounded by lots of restaurants. However, the staff service was absolutley hilarious. First, They didn't ask us to pay any deposit(assuming they already know we will not use any of their payment products, and did not tell us they will come up and lock up our fridge). So one of their staff knocked on our door, and immediatley use their master key to open our door, without giving us at least ONE SECOND to open the door(what if I was changing!) Second, her way in answering our questions was so bad, that she laughed at us, as in we never stayed in hotels. Third, the key card was faulty, for at least 3 times! Please, with the price I pay, i was expecting at least smiley face on those front line staff. Never I will go again!
