Clean, comfortable and great service

My plane touched down early and the counter staff processed my check in and reserved a room first so that I could skip the documentation bit later when it was closer to the standard check in times. She even remember my face and name and passed me the key card to my room when I approached the counter again after returning from a business meeting. Great service and the rooms were beautiful - comfortable and clean. Had a great stay.

it's a great location after a long journey on the plane. without waiting long, we get to the free shutter bus, in 15 min, we reach the hotel and get the room in 5 min. nice room, my son love it!
Hotel Feature Tip:
There have a nice playground in front of the hotel. My son ready enjoyed it.

Good location near the airport and Asia world Expo. Great Experience. Lot of food courts and shopping areas nearby. MTR station in the same premise to any where in Hong Kong. I have used the Queen room, it was not that big. Surely I will consider for another time.

Go to the shopping mall and will get good variety pf foods

nice hotel but you'd better avoid it and find another one.
not so friendly personnel, very noisy restaurant, food quality just acceptable, very expensive wifi in the room. free wifi in the lobby that works once in a while.
therefore, you'd better find another hotel with a better value for your money
