Nice hotel but small room

The hotel is nice cause it was close to airport and near to disneyland (only 1 train station from tung chao) but the room is quite small. The location is beside of mall and my family prefer to eat breakfast at the mall rather than at the hotel, lucky I booked room without breakfast. This hotel is good if your interest to go to disneyland but is not good if you want to go to city center (Tsim tsa tsui) cause it is quite far fro m there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is near to Disneyland, every morning we always come early and to go there probably only 20 minutes. The location is quite remote so make sure you come back to hotel after late afternoon cause there nothing at tung chung.

It's very convenient, it's near the airport and has shuttle service. The hotel is also connected to Tung Chung MTR Terminal & Citygate Outlets so shopping & transportation won't be a problem.
Only negative thing I experienced is that when I booked this hotel I requested a queen sized bed for our room. When we got to the concierge they said it's not available and they'll give us 2 twin beds instead. They should've informed us earlier about this.

location at dutyfree citigate and lots of shopping. Travel is convenient as the MTR station is here.

Our Stay was good overall. However, we had a bad experience. My aunt's wallet was stolen in the room the day we checked in. Spent half a day at the police station etc..

Great location but small room

I spent 2 nights at premiere executive queen room with my family. The location was superb that you can get everything there at Citygate shopping mall. The place is very bnear to Disneyland. However, there is no direct access to the mrt. We've got to go through the shopping plaza up and down. It would be nice going through shops if yo don't have much shopping bags or luggages.
The room is relatively small compare to the class "executive", the bathroom was a bit aging. The breakfast was served on the premiere floor which has very nice view, however the choices are very limited and the room is so small. The officer on the premiere floor are very nice.The room price was too high compare to the size and quality of the room without free internet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are free shuttle bus betweeen the hotel and the airport every 15 mins.which is very convenient. However, if your flight is very late in the night, take a taxi it cost not much as the hotel is really close to the airport. Do not try the mrt as you will have to climb up and down 3 stories with lugggages since the escalator didn't work at night.

only grouse i have is that the hotel's buffet breakfast spread doesn't change at all in terms of variety during the few days that we were there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
this hotel is situated at one far end of hk, so it does take a while to travel to the central areas. however, u are almost assured of seats on the mtr as it is the first stop.
good for those who don't mind the travelling time, and want to enjoy the mtr rides to town sitting down.

Near Airport, Citygate outlet. Easy to go to Disneyland

Free airport transfer. Very convenient to go to Disneyland and Ngong Ping. Citygate outlet just next door. Hotel bedroom and the bed itself is a bit too small though. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Overall is worthwhile staying at this hotel. Would recommend to anyone especially planning to just go to Disneyland for a day (so by the time reach the hotel it will not be too tired) and still can shop to CityGate Outlet.
