Though I paid extra for upgrade but I feel every single Dollor was worth it. The Lounge experience was superb, one can have nice drink with great view of the city. The Hotel is part of a huge shopping complex with every brand present in the Mall and is just 5 minutes walking distance for MTR station having an easy access to the city. The proximity to the airport is an added advantage as you don't waste lot of time reaching the airport. Great Great hotel for a business traveller.

If you book the hotel in Agoda, checking in and out procedure is so faster but long waiting time. Human resource is not optimise. Window scene is nice.

If it were not for the upgrade to the Club Premier floor, we would say it's overrated. When we checked in, we had a couple of HUGE luggages as we were coming from another destination, it was just my sis and I, NOBODY helped us carry our luggages to our room! 4 stars, indeed.. aaackkk! Anyhoo, our goal was to shop 'till we drop, and that was what happened. Hotel is located within Citygate Mall. When we cannot carry our shopping bags anymore, we just go back to our room, stash 'em and go back out again. Very convenient. Overall, it's the location that makes it worthwhile. Hopefully, next time, there would be an "upgrade" in their customer service know-how.
