near hotel. free airport shuttle.

the hotel is nice and clean.staff are friendly.got an upgrade coz they let me wait. it's connected to the outlet mall which is nice. near the mtr station. the free airport shuttle is BIG PLUS! too pricey if you will plan to stay here longer. i only stayed here for a day to catch an early flight so it's worth it.

Everything about the Novetel Citygate was wonderful, as expected. We were attending an event at the Asia World Expo, but still wanted to enjoy a bit of Hong Kong without having to travel all the way downtown. The hotel is attatched to a mall, restaurants, and food court along with the Metro line. Transportation is easy and simple. The hotel rooms were big, clean, and well decorated. It is definately a nice place to stay.
Restaurant Tip:
In the courtyard area of the adjacent mall near the Metro entrance, there is "The Spaghetti House" restaurant. The food is always good there.

we love the open toilet most. It is nicely designed providing both gathering space and private space

we celebrated my girlfriend birthday there. nice atmosphere. everything is alright except two chairs instead of one should be provided. also the fridge is not cold enough

we went there for 2 nights. the hotel room was quite small but the location is exceptional! it is right next to the citigate outlet and also accessible to the underground train.
the hotel staff is very helpful. we ask for the contact number for airline becuz we want to change our plane ticket. he ended up doing everything for us.
the food was great and affordable. the hotel also offered organic cuisine which is awesome for someone like us who have a very health concern.

Excellent hotel, i stayed here during an 18 hour stopover and managed to get some peaceful rest as well as a bit of local sight seeing and shopping done.
Clean, modern decor and friendly staff.
Pool area was stunning, i wish i had brought my swimmers.
Shopping was excellent, and included a great food hall which was much cheaper than the hotel restauraunts

Great place for shopping at City Gate Outlets

Great place to stay and get in some shopping if you have a few hours or an overnight stay to catch a connecting flight next morning. Service is not too great and rooms are small.

a new and stylish hotel
close to airport, close to shopping outlets

the room is clean and tidy. the decoration is stylish too. toilet and shower room is good fit and clean. the shopping outlet is just next to the hotel. it's a walking distance to mtr station, but it's a bit far to tsim sha tsui or some other common sightseeing places.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Hotel is located at Tung Chung which is next to Airport and NP360. It's close to Disneyland too.
