Nice clean rooms. Great staff. Had an overnight between flights and this was a perfect place for a good nights sleep, a good breakfast and some internet time.

We had a one nighter in HK and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. The novotel was great! Very convenient. Seemed to have great food service - we had breakfast in bed at 2 am!!!! Couldn't connect to the internet so the manager himself turned up and sorted things out - very impressed. Located right next to shopping mall. Also the metor staion was really close by so a quick trip to HL city would be easy.

Very nice hotel easy to get to and from the airport great shopping next door.

Explore the food court. Loverly selection of Asian food at very reasonable prices.

Great hotel: comfortable, clean,safe
Close to airport, orange subway line, cable car to giant budda, and great shopping mall--super breakfast buffet--

Very positive experience with Novotel Citygate--convenient airport transfers--free stored luggage between 12:00 checkout and flight at 11:30 PM--easy access to subway system(Orange Line)--good exchange rate on dollars--well stocked mimi-fridge even had chocolate bars--will stay here agin--
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be sure to take the cable car up to the big budda--$30/person but the ride is worth it--Star Ferry is difficult to find but enjoyable ride--took me back 40 years in time--Also experience the tram up to victoria Peak--bus 15C from Star Ferry to Tram--$7 US round trip--

convient to the airport, mtr, and shopping.

this hotel has a reliable airport shuttle and is only 7 minutes from the airport.
the hotel is attached to a mall and there is no need to go outside. there are restaurants, shops and a supermarket, to meet all your needs.
there is an mtr station also.
when it is time to return to the airport, the shuttles are there every 15 minutes.

very convenient, near to the MTR good scenery good restaturant nearby, tao xiang very convenient if your aim is to shop, a list of branded outlets at citygate outlets

good hotel for staying. there are so many shop and outlets surrounding. hotel is new and good. the location is just in tung chung station. so it is convenient to anywhere.

good place for window shopping and sightseeing. near to mtr station.

shuttle bus provided from hotel to airport, only take 10mins to reach. Rooms are considered quite big for hotels in HK

good hotel, clean, near the airport.. no compains about it.. so good call if you are going to take an early flight or is landing late... so if you wanna make some shopping and don't wanna spend that much is a good choise..

i've stayed here lots. the main selling point is the proximity to the airport, and given that it's so far from the city, it's a relief that there is a shopping centre (with restaurants and a supermarket) adjoining, as well as the train station. nice gym (though small) and pool (though only open in summer). limited bar/restaurant options. pretty cool room with nice modern features but it's a real test to find the bathroom light switch!
Nightlife Tip:
If you want to go out late in Hong Kong, take the N21 night bus back to Tung Chung, or else it's HKD350 in a taxi
