Good hotel with glad service

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel, hotel rooms were clean and quiet. The room size reasonable big so that you have space to open your luggage.If you are in shopping mode the hotel located inside the outlet mall, so you can spend your time by shopping. Transfer to the airport well-organized,the shuttlebus is running every 15 min.Pool area also nice,

Nice hotel near airport and MRT

I traveled on late night flight so I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport. The price is reasonable. There is a shopping mall within the hotel complex, however, it close around 10 pm so there is no place to walk around at late night comparing with HK downtown.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to HK disneyland and MRT.

Very nice hotel, not a dump!
Connected to shopping mall which is connected to the train for going into Hong Kong.

I came here to go to a Trade Show. The hotel provided free bus to and from the Expo, and also free transportation to and from the airport. Everyone spoke English. They are very helpful and anxious to please. There is no charge for internet if you use their business center instead of using your own computer up in your room. I would definitely stay here again. This was a Novatel and I as very pleased by the hotel.

Never stayed close to airport before and will do more so in future. The Hotel is much better than we are used to in this chain in Australia and the amenities were best described as excellent.

We loved everything about this hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful, room beautifully appointed and a comfortable bed. We'd been travelling for 5 weeks and this was the best shower we had.

We stooped off in Hong Kong to break our trip back to Australia from England. We were absolutley exhausted when we arrived but our spirits lifted when we arrived because the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome. Our room was beautiful with everything you could want in it, plenty of space, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower. We were accommodated on the executive level and it was well worth the extra few dollars as we enjoyed the free happy hour drinks and then afternoon tea the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, can't speak highly enough of it. Very enjoyable breakfast, everything you could ask for.

Spend the extra few dollars and take advantage of the special services offered on the Executive level.

We stayed only one night because we were flying home the next morning. The location and services were the reason why we booked this hotel. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer free shuttle bus service to/from the airport.
I also liked the fact that the hotel is right above a shopping center so we had time to do some last minute shopping and get some snacks from one of the cafes at the mall.

Good for preparing for long international flight

Was fine. I traveled from Guangzhou to Shenzhen via train, then took the MTR to this hotel. It was nice to be a few minutes from the airport when it came time to leave. My flight was at 9:30am, so being farther away would have cost me sleep time.
The best location to be when flying on a long international flight in the morning.
