Great stop over point!
Comfortable room and good service.

Stopped in HK for only about 12 hours and this was a great hotel to stay in. that's really more of an airport issue than the hotel's fault. We flew out again the next morning feeling well rested.

My husbands and I chose this hotel because we had to take plane next day in the morning. This hotel have free shuttle bus to airport every 15 minutes. So it is good hotel for plane transfering

We got upgraded to a superior room, would hate to know what standard was.
Rooms small, it annoys me that they lock the mini bar how petty.
Bathroom not that clean, we stayed 1 night any longer and you would go crazy
I cannot believe how expensive the hotel is for basically a box

Lovely and convenient location
Very good evening buffet. A gift for my 2 year old daughter on arrival.

The hotel had a great location, close to the airport and near the outlet shops on Lantau.
Room was large enough for one night and the buffet in the evening was excellent.
A very convenient shuttle bus took us straight to the airport in the morning.
I would recommend this hotel for those wanting to stay near Hong Kong International Airport.
Shopping Tip:
Visit the outlet next to the hotel for excellent prices on designer labels.

A very good and convenient hotel to stay!
Close to Airport and Asia Expo center!

Everything went according to plan!!
Breakfast was supper and the staff was very helpful with any of our requests!
Rooms are well ap[pointed and easy to live in!
Shopping Tip:
The next door shopping center is quite large and it takes a while to go though it has all the facilities you will ever need and want, coffee shops, banks, etc.!!

Very clean, well appointed rooms with good facilities on site and a number of attractions nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful with knowledge of things to do nearby. Very handy for the airport making it an excellent start / end point on a trip to Hong Kong or South China.

The hotel was beautiful and the facilities were splendid. The shuttle bus to/from the airport was excellent. However the dining facilities were confusing and the pool side dining restrictive. Poor service by the waiting staff but excellent from the BBQ chefs. Too much emphasis on style and not enough on substance.

The hotel is suitable for you if you would like to stay near the airport area. The room is standard but not really that clean as we expect from Novotel. We need to ask to change the bed sheet because from what room service mentioned the hotel only change after 4 days. However, the staffs ,esp manager near by the front desk are very helpful.They also do speak perfect English.
