Don't know what you mean by this
8.3
Hotel is clean and close to airport. Very convenient for transit passengers. For Thailand the cost is high. Cost of food is high at all resturants and difficult to get to cheaper food places. Food is good. Good massage available but that also is expensive. Staff freindly and helpful. Shuttle bus for airport available and runs regularly.

Good hotel for transit through Hong Kong airport
close to airport, good shuttle service
8.7
We've stayed at this hotel several times transiting through the airport, and have been consistently pleased with the shuttle service and the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
This hotel is connected to a mall with a number of restaurants and fast-food places, and a large grocery store.

Outstanding value
Fantastic room with great view. Great dining room at very reasonable price. Very close to airport. This was especially helpful because we were very late arriving.

We were upgraded to an executive room because the hotel was full. It was outstanding. The bathroom was spectacular. Although it was raining, the view was very impressive. Staff were pleasant and helpful and restaurant food was excellent. Extremely good value.

Great LOcation for transit
9.3
Leaving mainland China by van and staying at this hotel for a flight out next day was absolutely perfect. The hotel is adjacent to the large City Gate shopping complex and a 10 minute hotel shuttle bus ride from HK International airport. The hotel shuttle bus leaves every half hour from 6.00am.
The room we had on the 19th floor was a good size with a nice soft bed (by Asian standards) nice crispy clean sheets and duvet, a wide screen TV with CNN and BBC. Maybe we didn't pay enough for the room because the news paper was not delivered having ticked the box on the check-in form! I recommend this hotel for a transit stop and the shopping in the mall. Good quality clothing at reasonable prices.

Good hotel with reasonable facicities. Great value for money and easy links to anywhere via the Fortress Hill MTR (5 mins walk). Some great local food places nearby and the staff in the hotel were all very friendly.

Best (near to) Airport Hotel
Really easy to get to from airport and it is attached to a shopping complex
9.7
The architecture of the hotel and quality of the rooms fit-out is very high in this price range. Everything seems modern and new.
It is very conveniently access to/from the airport with a free bus every 20 minutes, probably the best hotel to stay at if you are a short time visitor.
Quite a big hotel, staff speak excellent English and were very helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
We ordered a Pizza in the Italian restaurant. It seems that they can only cook fancy dishes as the Pizza was slow, terrible (burnt) and expensive. Other than that, it was a very nice ambiance and friendly staff in the restaurant.
Better value in the shopping mall restaurants nearby.

Ultra-convenient!
* Very efficient check-in/check-out
* Free shuttle bus to/from airport
* Adjacent to fantastic mall
* Spacious, taste-fully decorated and comfortable rooms, with all the amenities you will need
* Within easy reach of an MTR (HKG metro)station, bus depot, cable car station to Po Lin Monastery, post office and superbe restaurants
9.3
The Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is an ultra-convenient place to stay. I only stayed one night, but would definitely consider staying there even for a longer period. Everything is in within easy reach!
The rooms are not only well-designed but also comfortable. The rooms are equipped with hair dryer, safe, iron & ironing board, large screen cable TV, Internet connection, small fridge, ...
I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Citygate!!!
Travel tip:
There is a fantastic supermarket in the basement of the mall. Also, there is a Pacific Coffee outlet really close to the hotel entrance leading to the mall. This coffee shop offers free Internet to its customers.

Novotel Citygate Hong Kong
- very good hotel, clean, big and well maintained.
- direct link to Citigate factory outlet with lots of shops and a big food court - Food Republic.
- walking distance to cable car to visit Big Buddha
- If you have free time, catch a movie in Citigate Factory Outlet

The local is a good location to the Citigate Facory outlet in fact it is directly linked to Novotel. It is also very near to the airport so it can be your last minute or last day shopping before leaving Hong Kong. If weather is good, very good view from the room. My room was facing the cable cars tower. The hotel is nice, clean, reasonable size room. Good running road and track around the area.
