Aiirport Hotell
The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I was grateful for the bathrobe and ample towels. The free shuttle service is a very major plus for weary travellers.

For hotels in the range of Hong Kong Airport, this one is a fair one to go to. It is very well equiped and quiet. The Air-Conditioning is excellent and the free shuttle every 15 minuites makes it a viable hotel for the price
Travel tip:
Ask for a room on a high floor since the views are quite remarkable.

very convenient hotel near Hk airport
The Hotel hotel is about 5 minutes travel by car and very close to the Hongkong Airport. Very posh Hotel with bigger Lobby and with good Restaurant and Bar.

Suitable for the passengers staying overnight in Hongkong and need to catch a early flight. Just to spend a day in Hongkong this is the most conveninet Hotel that I have found. The facilities are international standard and just can relax without any discomfort. The Restaurant and the wine bar is having many varieties of International wines. The staff are very friendly and very beautiful settings.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant has Chinese and International selection that I feel every body like it.

Novotel Experience
Hotel is very strategically situated in Tung Chung just 5 mins from the HKIA. It is conected to the Citygate Shopping Mall and very near to public transport like the MTR and bus terminals. The cable car station is also nearby.

Courtesy transport from HKIA to hotel and vice versa was very prompt. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I was on the executive floor and check in was oon the very floor itself. Check-in was a breeze and he staff was extemely nice. The executive lounge has a good view of the airport and the bay area with the cable car.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can book the Ngong Ping 360 cable car tickets from the hotel itself.

We have now used City Gate on several occassions when staging through Hong Kong. The site is conveniently near the airport. There is a facility to occupy your room at times to fit in with flights however very early flights preclude taking advantage of the "free breakfast" as a complementary one is available. This should be an option and reflected in the "upgrade". The use of the business lounge with the upgrade is very appreciated and a pleasant and useful ambiance for travel weary guests. T E-mail facility works well. General opinion - ticks most of the boxes

Very nice hotel close to the airport with swift shuttle service. Perfect for a 24h stop-over. Close to cable car to the Big Buddha and also to the Tung Chung Outlet mall.
When you take the late subway from the city back to Tung Chung you have to trough the closed mall to get to the hotel. You can't cross the freeway any other way.
Damp feeling in the room even though the air condition was on.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
- cable car to Big Buddha within walking distance
- Tung Chung Outlet mall, fairly good prices

The hotel staff was courteous. The room was modern and comfortable. Hotel is convenient for early fliers, with a shuttle bus to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for people who wish to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Central and Kowloon.

- Airport shuttle bus is very convenient, runs every 15 minutes
- The MTR station is within walking distance (5 minutes).
- The location is near to Disneyland (2 MTR stations away).

This hotel offers good value for money. It is conveniently located near airport, Outlet mall and not very far from Disneyland. The room is very clean and the interior and amenities are also very good. The airport shuttle bus is provided every 15 minutes, runs from around 5.45am to 11.45pm. It is very convenient for us as our flights arrival and departure are around midnight.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You may consider this hotel when you only have a few days stay in Hong Kong and wants to go to Disneyland as it is just 2 stops MTR stations away from the hotel.

Overall this hotel is worth staying at if you require good accommodation located within 5 minutes of Hong Kong airport. The rooms are very comfortable and the shopping centre factory outlet located next to the hotel is open til late at night. There is also a fabulous supermarket that sells a wide range of international foods and wines.

Should have stayed longer

We only stayed one night. We arrived late at night, and left early in the morning. Too bad, because we loved it. The lobby was incredible, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Everything worked. It was a joy to be looked after so well. Hong Kong is not cheap, but this hotel is an incredible value.

Free shuttle to the airport was very smooth and easy.
