We stay at this hotel all the time on stopovers,it has a great location,5 mins from the airport with a regular shuttle, it is attached to a large shopping mall andd the hotel is decent. On the down side ,there is often a smell of mildew in the rooms, breakfast is a big buffet but quality is very average and the staff are often not the friendliest.
But after saying all that we continue to stay there as the location is great

I arrived hotel earlier than check-in time. But the hotel staff gave me the room very quickly so that I can bring my kid for shower in the room. This is very considerable move and I really appreciate that. BTW, the room I checked in was very nice and cozy, with great view overseeing airport.

Though I paid extra for upgrade but I feel every single Dollor was worth it. The Lounge experience was superb, one can have nice drink with great view of the city. The Hotel is part of a huge shopping complex with every brand present in the Mall and is just 5 minutes walking distance for MTR station having an easy access to the city. The proximity to the airport is an added advantage as you don't waste lot of time reaching the airport. Great Great hotel for a business traveller.
