This distinguished hotel is the first contemporary international four star accommodations on Nathan Road in Kowloon. Breakfast at the Cafe was a little on the high side, while the room service menu was somewhat limited in variety and timing. Rooms were generally clean, but the window view leaves much to be desired.Staying on the 14th floor (second highest) was not a good idea - you could hear footsteps and movements of people on the 15th floor all day long (perhaps an office).
Hotel Feature Tip : Take the Airport Express Bus instead of the MTR.

All you would expect of a novotel, staff were excellent, although the night staff at reception didn't really want to be there. At all other times the service was professional and courteous. Base room was small but very clean and comfy. Location to trains again a plus, markets are handy and all other services very near by. Good overall
