Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The hotel room is very clean and only 5minutes walk to Nathan MTR Station. The hotel personnel is very accommodative. Even the room is only for twin sharing. They allowed 2 adults and 2 child to stay in one room. Excellent. Thumbs up. I will sure stay in this hotel in my next trip to Hong Kong.

Nice Hotel with Great Staff

The hotel is located very near to main shopping centres and very convenient to travel around. Hotel room is nice and hotel staff is great, friendly. However, the internet charges are bit too steep but there are 9 computers in the lobby and lounge for guest usage.

this hotel provide a good service with helpful staff. spacious room after the upgrade, giving enough space for 3 adults in one room.
good location, not too crowded but still within walking distance to some shopping area and train station.

great location, however things like toothpaste, toothbrush, etc were not available in the room due to 'green' reasons. at least there should be a sign to say toiletries are available upon request.

Great location which we could travel by bus or MTR. on the right it's Mongkok and on the left it's star ferry.
Alot of great restaurants around the hotel.
What i liked most is the close proximity to wet market a few streets (5 mins walk) away where i can get my dried goods like chinese suasages etc.

breakfast not in the htl price - mustbe booked seperately.
request to leave deposit of ca eur while check in.money given back at check out.
good location of the hotel - by nathan street wchich is a one of the main shopping streets in hong kong. close to night market and street restaurants .

great location within walking distance to jordan mtr, temple street night market, amenities. you can easily find any type of food to your liking nearby. hotels in hong kong are mostly small in size. yet, rooms at novotel still offers adequate room size for family with young children. rooms are clean. staff are friendly, especially those at receptionist. will definitely go back novotel at nathan for future hong kong trip.
