It was a nice place which I used to put up at least twice a year when I visit HongKong. The main reason is room is clean & very easy accessibile to places like the womens street, the temple street etc.

pleasent stay. staff at the cafetaria is very helpful when she was trying to translate my mandarin book that i bouhgt in hong kong. she helps me to understand. a few words that i m lost. the guybin front of the reception helps me too to carry my luggage down . mostvof them undesrtand englisg quite well. the location of the hotel is very strategic , a lot of good eating place nearby. highly recommended n wish to stay there again for my next trip to hong kong.
Shopping Tip:
Along the road r full of stores where are interseting itens being sold. A lot of good resto.

i like this hotel very much. it is convenient to everywhere as the mtr is just nearby. the design of the room is very nice and cozy. there are big mac computers for us to access the internet. the hotel service is good too. this hotel really value for money. i enjoyed my stay very much there.

The hotel itself is nice and the location is near the shopping areas, MTR, but I feel uncomfortable to go out of the hotel at night, I don't find the location safe at night time. Some of the hotel staff are friendly but not all, the bell service staff are not that accomodating.

Big hotel have big room and near from MTR Station. And the bus stop to airport is opposite to hotel

in hk terms this hotel is good value.
location was good, just off nathan road and a short walk away from temple street night market.
hotel and rooms are clean
staff were friendly and helped us book train to gz.

Great Location but small rooms
The best thing about the hotel is its near the MTR station and there's 7-11 store just outside the hotel.

We were partly satisfied with our stay in the hotel, although during our last night, air-conditioning broke and our room smelled cigarette smoke although it's a non-smoking floor. Initially, they just gave us an ozone machine to take out the smell. But when the smell did not go away and since we have a small kid with us, we really requested to change room, and we were forced to arrange all our things around 1am mid morning, it was so hassle for us, they should have offered us to change room earlier :(
