Excellent location - 3 min walk from Jordan MTR station. Free internet at the lobby. Clean/modern room.

Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hotel
This hotel is very convenience for shopping, eating. Only walking 5 mins to MRT of Jordan Station.

This hotel is very convenience for shopping, eating and u take time only 5 mins to MRT of Jordan Station. Hotel staff is courtesy and helpful, I'm appreciated who is Assistant Mgr.of this hotel. I like this hotel very much, this is my 2nd time to choose this hotel when I'm travling in HK. And I love HK food especially "MAXIM" my family're very love MAXIM foods. In the future I'will choose this hotel excatly when I visit to HK....

Location of the hotel is near Temple Street. Thus one can always drop by for some late night shopping.

It was a a wonderful stay and the staff service was excellent and helpful. Highly recommended for those who are travelling with elderly and/or children.

The price was very reasonable for me. The location was good as well but I did not have a car so it was easy to navigate and travel to various places.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.
Also the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Comfortable stay. Centrally located.
Close to public transport and bus stop to the airport. Located right on the golden mile shopping district of Nathan Road.

The hotel location is very well located, less than 100 metres from the airport bus stop on a side street and central to the shopping mile of Nathan Road. It is advisable to take the airport bus A21 stopping at stop #10 - "Nathan Hotel" (same side of the road to the hotel) than the MTR so you avoid the crush of other passengers even in off-peak period. The airport bus stop going back to the airport is just directly on the other side of the road. Airport buses do not give change so please have the correct amount ready (HK$33 per adult as of 6/2010).
The hotel room are as expected. There is a fridge, kettle, coffee, hairdryer, flatscreen tv in the room. There are also 6 iMac PCs for internet access complimentary to hotel guests.
The staff are helpful, but less professional than they should. I can hear them whinging amongst themselves about another customer's complaint quite loudly while checking out.
Restaurant Tip:
Right opposite the hotel, there are eateries that serve sweet/desert/rice/porridge/noodles that is nice and cheap. Right next to the hotel, there is a large chinese restaurant that offer discounted yum cha during weekdays - early mornings and late afternoons. It would be advisable to try different variety of food HK has to offer other than eating hotel food. Don't forget to try some street food at the ladies market.

Clean and crisp
Upon entering the lobby the clean and crispy pine smell of the hotel is a welcome sight and nice odor. Going up the escalator I like the retro wall, the chairs in the lobby comfy. My daughter left her camera bag and we were so scared it was lost when we got back but it wasn't ;) kudos to the congenial and efficient staff;) the room was clean and well lit. My mother loved the dim lights on the headboard. The tv was wide and built into the wall which saved a lot of space. I was able to enjoy a hot and soothing bath in the clean tub;) the hair dryer was handy and a universal adaptor was available to charge my cellphone. The hotel is at the heart of Kowloon and shopping is just downstairs and the entire stretch of Nathan road;)

Do visit and stay at Novotel Kowloon you get your money's worth. I wish we had more time though to stay and explore the shops around the area. You won't get lost in hongkong and going to Novotel from the airport;)

would have been ok except for the "moldy" smell of the room. checked with other guests and they did not seem to have that problem, so our room could have been a one-off. by the second night, it didnt bother me as much. room as expected was small, just enough room for 1 suitcase. however, the bed was comfortable and there were a number of pillow options.
location was excellent, very close to MTR Jordan, exit B2 and take the back road (Chi Won)about 2 minutes to hotel. buffet restaurant had lots of variety to choose from. staff were helpful and friendly.

Except for a nite in Disneyland, we spend the rest of our stay at Novotel Kowloon. The rooms were clean, well equipped and thought out and not as small as what we earlier imagined. Would not hesitate to stay here in my return trips

Good And Bad
Great great unbeatable location... right in the center!
Cheap price for something that's right in the action center.

This place has it's ups and downs. The down side overriding the good sides though. To start off with the good side, nothing can beat the location of this small and compact den. The price is also reasonable to think it's right in the center of everything and anywhere you would want to go. However, the price is not too reasonable when you think of how the place and the rooms are overall. Avoid the smoking rooms if you can as they normally lack maintenance.
Shopping Tip:
This is alon gNathan Road where all the shops are so it's really good in terms of location. Have a quick stroll and you'll get into the shopping haven
