Convenient location, Fast Wi-fi staffs were very helpful.

PROS: The hotel is only a few minutes to MRT & bus stop, taxi infront of the hotel, very convenient lots of restaurant nearby.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed too soft, no lift to ground level.

Love Hong Kong and this is a nice hotel

I travel a lot for work and stay in a wide range of hotels. This time I was fortunate to stay in a quality hotel that offered great value for money. Hong Kong is an expensive city but this hotel is great value. The facilites are perfect for the business traveller and the surrounding area offers interesting options for food and entertainment. I would recommend this hotel to other business travellers and will in future stay at this hotel again. The rooms was a standard hotel rooms but clean and a comfy bed. I could see this also working as a good holiday or family hotel. The staff were great too.

the hotel was right at the jordan mrt station it take only 3 mins walk , meanwhile the opposit side of the road has many of the local food hawker and seafood restaurant ,where they you can have many of the choices .the hotel room was clean and tidy ,but the bathroom was a bit old need maintenance.over all is good

i really enjoyed my stay at Novotel as its very near temple street night market and there are many nice places to eat nearby. Only a few bus stops to Tsim Tsa Tsui.
