Me and my husband stayed in Novotel for 2 nights. The location is good as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping areas and the MTR (Jordan). We stayed in a standard non-smoking room with a king-size bed. The room was clean with modern look. Bed was very confortable with 3 choices of pillows available: soft, medium and hard. We had a good size bathroom but there was no bathtub. Staff were very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay there again the next time I go to HK.

I like the location. I got a good deal from Agoda..
The hotel a bit small for European..
I booked two rooms on the private level.. I got a good deal from Agoda. The hotel is locate on Nathan road ( shopping area, close to subway, 7-11 at every conner). I I love the location because it is located in the middle of Nathan road which mean I can walk up to Mongkok and also walk down to habor. The room is clean but a bit small. The breakfast that hotel offers for private floor is the same everyday and also not enough.

Great Location. Clean Hotel. Modern.
This is really a very nice clean and very modern hotel. The rooms are small but the good enough. Toilets a little tight on space. TV etc very good and the hotel looks like its just been upgraded. The location is wonderful with 25 minuts walk to harbour and 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. more than enough buses, taxi, or metro to and from airporet or train station. Metro station is JORDAN. Eating places are very close by. If you want Halal food lots of places paralel to nathan road or goto Chung King Mansions for indian and pakistani foods. 20 minutes walk from hotel. I do think that the breakfast should be included in the price but hey, you are in the expensive hong kong. Have your breakfast outside, lots of other options there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must go to harbour at night time.

The slick decor, interior, convenient sofa, polite service and helpful staff
Some surfaces were not clean with grease marks such as the roll away table. The side lights wern't working. The lugguage alcove was too narrow for my suitcase.
Stayed in the standard room. The funky little bathroom accessories were very appealing. I would have prefer more warm colours in the room. That is just me being a designer though. Close enough to the mtr station.

It is very nice place to stay, but I went to check in on time, but need to wait. The hotel gave free gift voucher for free welcome drink. It is very close to MRT and easy to accesss. I really like this place and easy to walk to go shopping and easy to find the nice restaurant place. The hotel people are very helpful. I really recommend people to stay in this hotel. The important thing the hotel very close to nice Congee restaurant place.
Restaurant Tip : I think the congee restaurant that opposit to the restaurant

We took a bus from the International Airport and were dropped off right on the corner outside the Hotel. Being on Nathan Road meant we were within walking distance to shopping, markets and ferry
terminal shops. Hotel staff were professional, hotel was clean with good amenities. We walked to the Bird park and Flower Markets which were very interesting.
Shopping Tip : Ladies Market opens later in afternoon. Bargain hard for a reasonable price.

Facility, Service, Room Setting and Location
add more choices of breakfast
My first time of staying in the hotel. My room was updgraded and the environment was fine. Althought the breakfast was not enough and there wasn't too much choices for me, it is a good choice for business trip stay. I will stay in the hotel when I visit HK next time.

Modern, comfy room. Within walking distance of market, shopping, etc. Close to Jordan station.
I found the Novotel Kowloon to be an excellent choice. They had nice, modern rooms. We stayed on the executive floor, which included breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening. The location is also good. If you are a good walker, you can even walk to the waterfront, although Jordan station makes it fairly easy. There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, even an outdoor night market.

The buffet food at the hotel was Very Very nice and it tasted even better because we got 2 for the price of 1.
Our king bed room was also very good apart from the view from our window.
The only thing i can say is that we had a building right outside our window so there isnt much chance of getting a good view whatever floor you are on or side.
First of all, I would say that Novotel was a great choice of hotel and definately the best choice for that price range. The hotel is so easy to get to from the airport. The airport is the best way to go and it is quicker than a taxi and Much cheaper, Just take the train to Kowloon station then get a taxi the the hotel, it shouldn't cost more the 40 hk doller.
The hotel might look far from the harbour looking at a map but really it is only a nice 15 minute walk down Nathan road where you will past hundreds of places to eat and shop.
Travel tip : Everything you want to do while you stay here is within easy reach.

Gym is spacious with new equipment
Rooms functional and value for money
More modern, updated look after renovation
Ground floor where concierge is has musty air.
The renovation done to the Novotel made this visit a much more pleasant one for me. I use the gym regularly so I was very pleased with the new equipment and spaciousness of the gym facility. The convenient location of a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station is always a plus for business travellers like myself. The only downside is that the ground floor of the hotel which houses the concierge, has musty air. Once you get one floor up to the reception, it is fine. The concierge floor must have better air circulation as that is the first impression one gets when you enter the hotel.

New and stylish decoration.
During my stay at the hotel, there was rain. I found out that my blanket was not completely dry. It was still a little bit damp but the worst thing was that it smelled awful.

Location, cleanliness, new, friendly staff
Too close to other buildings, cramp in room
It is startegically located, within 5 mins walk to MRT station and at heart of Kowloon. Easy access to TST and Mongkok where plenty of shopping options are located. Room is clean and nice, I suppose it is new. However the chunky furnitures have caused the room feels claustrophobic, and hotel is too close to other buildings and be sure blind is down - we could see locals' activities at thier own home and believe vice versa.
