The hotel is located close to MTR-Prince Edward station, approx 10 mins walk. The room is well-equiped with clean and white beddings, good showering faciities, hairdryer, toiletries, etc.The staff is friendly and helpful too. Wifi is available at the hotel lobby but the connection is rather slow. The room is rather small hence i would not recommend it for familiy travelling with children. I was on a holiday with 2 friends and we booked a triple room. The room is rather small (just like most hotel in HK) but we had a comfortable stay as the room is very neat and clean. Although the rooms are small, it is rather well equiped. The hotel provides toiletries,towels, hairdryer, clean bedsheets, lcd tv and good showering facilities. I would recommend this hotel for travellers who likes shopping/sightseeing in HK as the hotel is located very close to Prince Edward MTR station and other popular shopping street. The hotel staff is also very helpful and are able to converse in English.

clean and quiet surroundings, accomodating staff, safe place to stay, fair price for a tourist. The size of the room especially the bathroom is too small, proper dissimination of information about the ringing of the fire alarm in the evening which disturbed us during our first night of stay. There was an alarm that rang twice at a 10 min. interval which we thought that there was fire. We did not see any information about this matter nor we were informed about it after the ringing. There is no access to wireless internet connection in the room. My daughter and I stayed at Lander Oriental Hotel for three nights.Although the standard room for two was too small for us, we observed the room and the bed comfortable to sleep. The surroundings was peaceful.The airdonditioning unit was functioning well and the beddings were neat and clean. The fixtures in the bathroom are modern but the space is too small for big people especially the shower room. The staff were very accomodating and systematic in dealing with customers who booked online.The hotel is accessible to the MRT station after walking for a few blocks and safe to walk even if you go home late at night. for a short night stay in HK, I would recommend this hotel to my friends especially if they book online. What was agreed in the booking was fully implemented.

Convenience to Prince Edward MTR. 7min walk to hotel. Just opposite Mong Kok Fire station. Extreme small. Not suitable for 1.8m and above adult as the bedroom is 3.5m x 4.0m. Toilet 2.0m x 1.0m size. Save $ on transport. Airport take Bus no.S1, price 3.5HK to Tung Chung MTR. Tung Chung MTR to Prince edward MTR 23min only 16.5HK. Buy Optous card at HK airport just after immigration. Value 100HK exclude 50HK deposit enough for 3-4 days travel. If you like cheap cloth for parent or a bit aunt type go to sham Shui Po MRT wholesales market. Worth going for budget conscious.

Restaurant Tip : If u love tim sum just opposite the hotel. Nice and good and reasonable. They can speak english and chinese. So no worry. No tips ok. Nett price
