The good hotel but the room is very small

The hotel is good but the room is very small. The bahtroom is badly small. The location is quite far from the MTP station. You have to walk around 500 metres from Prince Edward MTR Station to the hotel. There is no shopping mall near the hotel. There is no bus service from the airport to the hotel as welll.

The services provided by the hotel is good. The room is a bit small (bigger than I thought already) but it got all the things I needed. the room is clean and I found it quite comfortable to live in this hotel.
In addition, there are plenty of restaurants (cheap and nice) nearby so I don't really care if there is any catering service provided by the hotel.
Overall, it worth the money and I will consider living in this hotel again.

Good hotel but small toilet

The room is adequate and clean. Location is good. Short walk to the Prince Edward station. A good Cantonese restaurant nearby - within walking distance (Lan Yuen Chee Koon). Only problem is the LAN in the room is unstable. WiFi is only available in the lobby. It would be great if WIFI is available in the rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
Lan Yuen Chee Koon is worth a try. For Dim Sum there is restaurant between Mongkok and Yau Ma Tei MTR station (Tim Ho Wan). The queue is indeed 2 hours. Go get a number, do some shopping nearby and return 2 hours later for your table. Bon Appetit.

even the hotel room is small, it has full simple facilities, such as: shower cap, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer,kettle... however the toilet is too small for shower!
Shopping Tip:
10 mins walk to Nathan Road and Prince Edward MTR station. Nearby Fai Yuen Street for shopping.

The room is very tiny , no more space and the bathroom also small. There is a bit more expensive than the price. Anyway the room is clean and facilities are properly. Not too bad for first visited here.
