Good location, but the room is very small

The hotel is located near the Prince Edward MTR station, almost in the centre point of Kowloon. So, it is conventient for travelling around HK. The room is tiny, but room rate is relatively low and that was able to cope with our budget travel.

i was served by a friendly receptionist when i reached the hotel and given me a good first impression of this hotel.
the room was clean although the size of the toilet is quite small and the best thing is there is free internet facility that was important during my stay without worry about my constant incoming e-mail.

quiet location, small but clean rooms
within walking distance to prince edward mtr and mongkok area

it is located at an area that is rather quiet and not that busy like any other streets. hence, i suggest that one should be careful of his/her own safety when walking around the area. the hotel room was very small with limited walking spaces, but it is kept very clean and tidy.

the bathroom is extremely too small.. i will not recommend any big size person to make the reservation with this hotel. There is limited space for you to move your body and you must always becareful your hand angle to avoid hit on the wall during shower. The train station and market required a 200 meters walking efford. Taxi is quite difficult to get , at least it does not pass by the front of the hotel.

Hong Kong Disneyland is located on reclaimed land in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island. It is the first theme park located inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and is owned and managed by the Hong Kong International Theme Parks. Disney attempted to avoid problems of cultural backlash by attempting to incorporate Chinese culture, customs, and traditions when designing and building the resort, including adherence to the rules of Feng Shui. For instance, a bend was put in a walkway near the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort entrance so good "qi" (chi) energy wouldn't flow into the South China Sea.
The park consists of four themed areas: Main Street, U.S.A., Fantasyland, Adventureland, and Tomorrowland. The theme park's cast members speak in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Guide maps are printed in traditional and simplified Chinese as well as English, French, and Japanese.

Cosy little hotel with a homely feel
cosy, friendly staff, location

I had gone on a holiday with two other friends. All of us found the place cosy and comfortable. The hotel staff were most helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was just right for us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most shops open and start late. So no rush in the mornings to go shopping unless it is for marketing stuffs.

poor attitude receiptionis who do not deserve to work in the service industry. No smile, no thank you, nothing is good.
hotel bathroom size smallest that i never seen before. if this is the standard size for hong kong, i wonder how hong kong people can live in this kind of place? Hotel rate also not cheap which comparatively can get much better room in my country.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Disnelyland and Ocean park good for children and elders. Typical place for children to witness their Hero and admirer. However, be prepare your heart do not put too much expectation on good attitude from the locals.... I will not decribe more ... you will explore and discover by yourself.
