Great Service
Clean rooms, very accomodating staff
8.7
Though the room is quite small, it was comfortable enough to stay in especially if all you're after is a place to crash after a whole day of sight seeing.

Great location but small rooms
7.3
Rooms are small but it contains mostly of the hotel features, for business purpose,, convinent transport within the heart of city. Quiet and complete accessory upon requested. This is recommended to people who know the area a little bit as it is very closed to the major road and metro area.

This is a subpar hotel. You could do better.

It's way too expensive to stay here. The room is the size of my walk in closet which isn't very big. The Prince Edward MTR is quite a walk away so it's not exactly close to the MTR either. On a good note, the rooms were renovated over a year ago so it appears new but it's way too small to appreciate it. The TV has 10 channels..all of which are sports and news. Also, there is no WIFI, you'd have to connect to a LAN cable which is fine, but it's not exactly fast speed. Skip this hotel unless you're desperate for one.

Covers all your basic needs. Good value for money
close to MTR and shops, decent internet connection in room, TV with 5 sports channels
7.3
This budget hotel provides all basic facilities and is good for the money. It’s located on a fairly dull road but Nathan road and MTR is only a 4 minute walk away. The room is small but fairly normal for Hong Kong hotels. I am a solo traveller but went for the twin bed room which allowed me to put my luggage on one of the beds as there is not much floor space. This room was at the front of the building and had a view of the main road which was a bonus. The bathroom was ok in size, fairly modern, clean and no problems with hot water. There is a small restaurant on the 2nd floor but I didn’t use it as there are plenty of eating options close to the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, no problems with the facilities and would definitely recommend it for budget travellers.

room and toilet too small
near train station and convenient stores
5.3
even for asian, the room is too small and cramped. no proper wardrobe to hang clothes. had a hard time finding the hotel on the first day as people do not know about this hotel, would be useful if you carry a hongkong street directory with you. streets are quiet and dark after 8-9pm so can be quite scary if you are travelling alone.

Quality hotel close to central Mong Kok
Good range of amenities, has a business feel to it, Free Wifi, close to Mong Kok
9.7
The Oriental Lander is situated nearby to Mong Kok, which is walking distance away. The room was small but clean, the beds were comfortable and the facilities provided (hair dryer, safe) expected of a 3 star hotel. The free wifi in the lobby was a bonus, there is also a paid-for option of Broadband internet in the room. You need to pay a deposit of $200 HKD for the room. Overall a pleasant stay, would use again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Free wifi in the hotel lobby

Worth to consider for your trip to Hong Kong
Location close to shop / business area and MTR station
8
Overall performance of the staffs are acceptable. Cleanliness of the room and common area also in good condition. Due to the hotel is located a bit close to residential area, it's a bit quiet along the road during night time. Need to walk about 5-10minutes to reach the nearest MTR station. Lots of hardwares shop surrounding it and refurbishment of the existing buildings are in progress next to this hotel. Basically, the environment still consider OK and up to standard.
Nightlife Tip:
Get back earlier, not to walk during the night time, for safety reason.
