I think they have overprice their room rate
I enjoy using their room internet because is fast and conveineince. They can be easily to be reach from Airport. There are many restuaranst around.

I think there have over charge me for that kind of room they have given to me. I have enjoyed using their room internet because it was convenience to use and it was working very fast. Their house keeping was very efficient and response fast enough for all our request during our stay. Their front desk staff need to have training because one of them is very impatient to deal with us. I may she is very rude.

Super small and no wifi in room
Quite near to the mrt, clean, neat.

Room was shocking small, i stay with my mum and we got hard time getting out of the room, have to go into the toilet before going out. It's horrible as i had 4 bugs that bite me and they give us free upgrade but it's worst. No wifi in the room was bad too, had to go lobby and use wifi.

Less than 10 mins walk to MTR/ Prince Edwards C2 underground

* Triple room for 3 x adults is v. small
* Requested to change rooms as no space to even open cases (try to get one where 1 bed is 'separated')into a different area
* Double rooms are small as well (try to get one ending in X11 (with couch)
* Wi-fi in lobby keeps disconnecting and limited seating/ charge points
