our family experience at ovolo was unbelievably outstanding.we definitely chose the right hotel for our holiday. it had friendly and helpful staff with great service the location of this hotel was convenient which was close to the station, restaurants and shopping we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nightlife Tip:
It is very close to restaurants, night shopping and have typical Chinese food everywhere.

Clean and comfortable room, stayed at 21th floor with an open view. Nice staffs, comfortable common area, free wine during happy hour.
Environment outside the hotel is not good, dirty street. The location is convenient, easy and quick to reach shopping district. But not suitable for traveler who look for excellent room and services.

Small rooms but very clean and comfortable

The hotel is located in a really local neighbourhood (i.e. away from major shopping malls and tourist sights), but only 2 MTR stops away from Tsim Sha Tsui East so it is still convenient. I like that the neighbourhood allows me to see the real Hong Kong with so much local flavour.
The rooms, though small, make good use of the limited space and you can find everything you would need in the small space. TV, DVD player, kitchenette, bathroom, wardrobe etc. are provided in the room. You also get free use of the washing machines and dryers, which is a nice touch.
Best of all, the happy hour (from 6 - 8pm daily) gives you free flow drinks, including alcohol, and snacks. Front desk staff were also always helpful. Security is stringent, as you have to scan your room card to enter the elevator lobby.

The Location: It’s a good 10-15 min walk to Sham Shui Po MTR, along the local market. There’s a nearby mall – Dragon Plaza.
The Room: Similar to what other guests said, the bathroom has frosted room/wall and peeps from the living room can see the silhouette -- we opened the toilet door to block the view though ;) All drinks and snacks in the room are free! Each room has AU.
The Breakfast: They serve bread and cereals for breakfast, as well as juice, coffee and tea. More people gathered at 8AM onwards so if you want less people, need to go down earlier. ☺
Check in/out: Efficient; asked for HKD1,500 deposit for our 3-night stay. The security downstairs helped us booked a taxi. You need your key card to buzz in the building.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a nearby local food place that's open from 11AM to 11PM. Good food. My personal fave is the sweet and sour fish.

The interior design is very trendy. Rooms are very comfy. And I must seperate rooms are really rare in Hong Kong. But there are no slippers available, we ordered twice but nobody offered us any. The hotel surroundings are kinda awful, also need 10mins walk to MTR.

Great views, well appointed and comfortable apartment despite being small.

I would highly recommend these apartments for visitors to Hong Kong. A good location not too far from the metro in a quiet interesting part of Kowloon. The apartment itself is small but comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is about a 10mins walk to Nam Cheong Station and 6 mins walk to Sham Shui Po station – not really that convenient. The walk to Sham Shui Po station takes you through road side stalls, vegetable and meat sellers and many mom & pop stalls – it is bustling with locals in the day. At night though, it feels a little dodgier as the roads are not well-lited
provided free Nespresso, teas, soft drinks, croissants, muffins, chicken/mushroom pies (not bad) and cereals. Enough to fill you before you venture out for yummier breakfast food that HKG has to offer.
6-8pm happy hour - they provided free flow of soft drinks, Tsingtao beer, coffee/tea and even 4 types of hard liqour and mixers to boot! The pantry area also had comfortable sofas for you to lounge and enjoy some great conversations with friends/family
