Interesting design, rare two private room setup

Make sure you understand the Duo suite is two small private bedrooms, each with a single bed.
Restaurant Tip:
If you need to eat when you arrive on MTR, eat at the Dragon Center before you go to the hotel, it is a long walk back.

i booked 2 bedroom - 2 single beds, impressed with its design. lovely breakfast with "espresso" branded coffee maker machine" available to serve fabulous coffee. the hotel also provides free laundry and detergent available in laundry room just next to check in counter, dryer available and suggest avoid morning for laundry. only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are available.
happy hour 6-8pm for in-house guest - free flow of beer, liquor, red & white wines, soft drinks, snacks, dessert & etc. we plan to come back again for our next trip to hong kong.
Hotel Feature Tip:
About 7 minutes walk from Sam Sui Po MTR Station, 2 stops from Tsim Sha Tsui. Alternative access to Tsim Sha Sui from the hotel, we suggest you to take bus (lower fare compared to MTR)as the bus stand just location one block from the hotel.

Rooms were great, shame about the awful location
Apartment-style with 2 separate bedrooms, interior of the hotle was great; very comtemporary

The hotel staff were pretty rude.
There were a few upsets and the staff didn't particularly helpful.
E.g. the hotel fire alarm went off and all the guests ran down to the lobby.
There was one member of staff there, who was on the phone.
The alarm still going off a blistering vloume, she put down the phone and looked at me, "Can I help you?"
I looked her at angered surprise and replied, "what's going on?"
She then sat down without saying anything, before a guest had to tell me it was a false alarm.
The gym was small and had to be accessed by leaving the hotel, thus walking onto the dirty street. The maximum dumbell was 10kg.
Breakfast was disappointing, although free, so one can't complain.
When the room was cleaned they didn't replenish the toiletries.
The location was horrendous. So dirty and nowhere near the centre of Hong Kong.
