Highly Recommended Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is perfect! 2 MTR station so its easy access from Airport take Namcheong Station and if going to shopping take the Sham Shui PO for easy access to the Tsim Sha Tsui.
We will absolutely come back in this HOTEL! and will recommnend to our friends and everyones!

The Manager Terry and his assistant Anthony, made our stay very special. The offered and took our kids shopping in the local markets and helped with the language barrier for some of the items they wanted to buy. This is the 1st time I have ever experienced such service. The rooms were large, clean and very practical by HK standards. The all inclusive breakfasts, evening drinks and Mini Bar, saved us a lot of money during our week long stay. You really felt like you were a valued guest, it was a home away from home. The strongest asset to this hotel is its Staff. I cannot speak more highly and recommend this hotel enough. Thanks guys. For a family stay in HK i would choose no other.

Location was not bad. Straight road on kweilin st leads to sham shui po mtr past interesting sights and sounds. Breakfast is basic to fuel you to explore further for good eateries around. Bottled water is provided at breakfast area with 24hour access (staff told us people are welcomed to take water before setting out for the day). Laundromats are provided with detergent and softener as well! Only problem is bathroom privacy as there is no door to bathroom and frosted door to shower is facing living room sofa. Our solution is to open the wc door wide out to block view from living room. However we believe a door or even curtain could easily have been installed over the corridor to bathroom. Overall, 5 adults stayed comfortably throughout our stay here and would happily return for future trips :)

my 2nd time visit to ovolo 256 tung chau street hotel. i strongly recommend this hotel as the location very convenience and very clean hotel. friendly staff and free laundry service. convenience to everywhere in hongkong or kowloon. u may take mrt at nam cheong station or sham shui po station . 15min walking distance to the mrt station. close to " ngap liu " street. only the breakfast has room to improve. too less variety to choose , sometime short of manpower.

lovely hotel but the rooms are very small.have to walk through an open market to the nearest mrt.the shower is moulding and toilet is very small and very compact. there is no heating, we have to borrow a heater from the reception. the staffs are very helpful. as for breakfast is very limited. it was a fair walk to the nearest mrt sam shui poh.

we were arrived early and was able to checked in before the official checked in time. The room was spacious, free flow of water and soft drinks all day in the lounge area. The bathroom are quite small and need more robe hook in the shower enclosure. This hotel is surrounded by old building which very soon will be demolish and rebuild, as a result,it is very quiet during night time.Overall, we were satisfied with the service of the staff and we recommend this hotel to others.
Travel tip:
Dragon Centre is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, Family with children can do some shopping here as there is an ice skating centre and a games centre, thing here are reasonably priced.

First of all, this hotel provided a comfortable environment to stay in as the room was clean and tidy enough. Besides, customer services were clear, the staff served in a polite manner, and hotel facilities were well-equip. However, the cons was the poor location causes inconvenience of transportation.
