the hotel was nice and location was a convenient location to central and mtr. room was nice and clean but slightly small. decor of room and bathroom was modern, comfortable. friendly staff.

Good location, nice 'extra' like free minibar

checked in very late, service was good, room had free mini-bar and snack bag with crisps, chocolate etc. Nice little touches to make you feel very welcome.

Pleasant hotel in a good location
Good service, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, good athmosphere, free minibar and also happy hour from 5-7

this is one of the best locations in hong kong (especially for business people).
the rooms are small but well designed, modern, clean and comfortable.
the staff is friendly and helpfull.
the minibar is free, as are drinks and snacks in the evening (they even offer take away coffee in the morning).
my only (and minor) complaint would be that queens road is noisy in the morning.

The location is very nice, very convinent. The hotel is not big but very elegant, very nice. I booked for my colleague for business travel, he said it's very nice hotel, he ask me to book for him again for his next business trip to Hong Kong.

Nice located hotel in Hong Kong Central. Small but efficiently and really beautiful divided rooms. Very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Helpfull staff. Check in at the second floor with a comfortable trendy lounge. During check in staff offered me a coffee. At ground floor a good possibility for breakfast at O-cafe.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance shopping areas Lyndhurst Terrace, Wellington street and Stanleystreet.
