Very beautiful mini bar. The room is small but cozy. Location is good. So far, it is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. Everything is cool, but they must fix the door of the bathroom.

i was pleasantly surprised by ovolo. it looked unassuming from the outside. but while the room is modest in size. it is functional and very comfortable. the service and staff were exceptional.
i love it how the wifi, minibar and sncks are all included. save the extra charges

Having read the reviews we were prepared to be greeted with a cubicle of a room but it wasn't anything like that. It's Hong Kong so hotel rooms are generally smaller and the Ovolo Queen's Road was no exception. It's compact but it has everything that you could possibly need.
The check in and check out was prompt and the free minibar with 4 bottles of water a day was a nice bonus.

Location was the greatest plus for our stay at Ovolo. Just 5mins walk to Sheung Wan MTR station with many eating joints, street stalls and grocery places.
Room was larger than usual HK hotel rooms.
The free laundry inhouse facility and gym (for the boyfriend) were very useful during our stay.
Free minibar and happy hour daily was a bonus when we came back from a long day out. The breakfast choice was healthy (love the yoghurt and croissant with ham!) and delicious!

good location. you can get a taxi just around the corner. just a few mins walk away from the bus stop and mtr. there's also a convenient store very near by... but the free loot bag and mini bar was a nice touch by the hotel.
the hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable.
i really like the modern design, features and materials they've installed in the room. the automatic sheer and curtain was really nifty. overall, it made the room feel quite, homey, elegant and well thought of.
the rooms were really really small though. just enough space to place the toilet & bath, queen size bed, and very little space to scoot around. but it wasn't an issue for us as we spent most of our stay, out, and just came back to sleep.
our biggest concern was that rooms weren't sound proof and that the walls used to divide the rooms were pretty thin. so we could hear our neighbors talking and even shower. luckily, our neighbors were also out most of the time.

Our stay in the magnificent ovolo hotel is worth reminiscing. The location is perfect for shopping, sight seeing and for all the activities expected for leisure. I will always hae my reservation at ovolo if ever I am in hongkong.
