Great location and good value for money

The staff were friendly but service was average. The restaurants inside the hotel are overpriced; better to eat at the restaurants inside MTR Mall. During night time, we had to stand in line to get into the elevator. We booked the hotel for two reasons: the swimming pool and kids playground, however the swimming pool was temporarily out of order and they had no kids playground. On the up-side, the room amenities were excellent.

Panda Hotel is a very good hotel for the family

Convenient hotel
The train are not too far away from the hotel and a number of eatery available

The location of the hotel is good if u are not too fussy about taking a stroll to the subway. For the price, the hotel should be a comfortable stay. However, the room and the furniture are not new. Do not expect too much for the room given the 4 star rating of the hotel
Travel tip:
The location of this hotel is ideal if u are Ok being in tsuen wan which is part of the new territory in hong kong. Going to the places of interest requires u to take taxi or the subway which can be a long ride.

Good location with adequate size rooms
convenient - watsons, manning etc...

given a large bed as requested... i think...staff who helped to send luggages to our room guided us on how to walk to the mtr station using the shortest route... old design but with acceptable cleanliness... toilet flush is not working too well, have to use a bit of strength or flush at least 2 times to get it working

great location with large room

even thou this was my first time staying at panda hotel but they were very kind to honor my request by assigning a room near the elevator and higher floor. the view was good facing the outdoor pool. the lobby is huge and shopping was right below the building. i like the free shuttle bus service, they provide hourly round trip to downtown. the skywalk is easy to everywhere.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try use the free bus service to save money on subways

I liked the Hotel because of their efficient staff and the way they treat you when you ask for help. MTR is nearby and from Tsuen Wan station , a seat is guaranteed to Tsim Tsa Tshui or Central. Shopping Mall below is such a nice convenience.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are using MTR , use Tsuen Wan for going towards Central ( you will get a seat ) and use Tai Wo Hau for returning ( shorter walk).....

Nice hotel with nice staff

Great location of hotel nearby to Disneyland. The hotel room is clean and nice. Children are very excited when seeing panda decoration in lobby including Christmas tree and ginger bread house with lots of panda toys. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice, providing useful information for sight-seeing in Hong Kong.

Arrived early and room was made available 3 hours early for us.

Good service and great location
Very friendly service staff. Lots of shopping and eatery nearby.

I booked 3 rooms for the stay with my expanded family members. The checkin are smooth and rooms are assigned as per my booking instruction. The staff offer to provide extra bed for rooms with children without extra charge. Request for extra pillows are also answer promptly. Overall very sastifsfy with the staff friendliness and response.

lovely hotel but not convenient location
Christmas decoration is good to look.

hotel's service and room size are great. But too us, the location is not that good. It is far away from the MRT station. Probably walking by 10 minutes.
