In a good place nearby with MTR station, nice room and good room service as well as the efficiency of receptionist. But some of the rooms are too small and need to renovation.

the hotel is a bit old and the toilet flush system need maintenance. besides, the soap and shampoo dispensers are not well installed as it is difficult to pump out the content for the dispensers. one good point should give a thumps up : the respond of room service is very fast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We enjoy the hotel shuttle bus services, it is punctual and the drivers are friendly. It facilitates our travel to many places and save on our time and cost. There are many good eating places around the hotel, we enjoy our every meals, because it is so easy to get.

We were met by courteous staff upon check in and directed to our assigned room. The room was clean and had a great view overlooking the wide swimming pool where my son enjoyed swimming.

although the people didn't speak good english in the hotel, they have good service. they tried very hard to understand our needs.
it is a nice and clean hotel, with supermarket and restaurant around. it is a little bit far away from the mtr station.

The hotel is super crowded. the air conditioning is weak, room is smaller than expected or photo shown. Carpet and towel seem not so clean.

Neat, clean, modern hotel
the hotel room is considerable big comparing to other hotels in hk and it is located at within walking distance to mtr

stayed for 2 nights. room is quite big and clean, but the 1st night i was annoyed as the people staying next door were making noise even at midnight after 12am. as for the hotel staffs, they are helpful and friendly.
