Not good location but nice rooms
7
This is my third trip to HongKong. Panda Hotel's room is so big and clean. And the hotel lobby is so warm, so many panda in the lobby. We like it very much.
Shopping Tip:
If you want to go to shopping, this hotel is not good choice. Go to SOGO and TIMESQURE need 40 minutes.

the hotel personnels were very accomodating. the customer service was exceptional. nice location too. it is close to the airport. they have a shuttle service from and to the hotel but only on a limited places. the rooms were very small. the bathroom was not that spacious and had that bad smell. the toilet was hard to flush. i was just surprise how agoda give this hotel a 4 star rating.

Lovely hotel but far away from city central
Helpful hotel staff (except the shuttle bus driver)
7.7
Hotel location is far from city, however, they did provide free shuttle service to tsim sha tsui. Last return trip is at 10.45pm, hopefully they can provide later timing as most of the tourist won't go back to hotel so early. Room size is good for 2 person and most of the staffs are helpful (except the bus driver).

OK Hotel with ok rooms in a small shopping mall
bigger room than other hotels in Hong Kong island and Kowlong
8
my stay was ok, room was ok and service was ok.
my client is on the texaco road and the 2 choices of staying are l'hotel or panda. of course l'hotel is better (5 star) and if price is good (sometimes l'hotel goes down to night), i would 100% choose l'hotel, instead of panda hotel.

this hotel i think it takes a long time to renew, always under construction. if u decided stay at the hotel during the day and take a nap, then u properly cant stand the noise.
i stayed this hotel every month at least 2 times. thier construction work have been taking for at least 6months from last year.
hope it will get done soon.

So-so hotel with nice decoration in the lobby
There are cute pandas around the lobby for phototaking. The room is clean and affordable.
5.7
You can view the hotel from the Da Wo Kou station as it is just 10-15 minutes walk. In fact, it is quite convenient.
When I was doing the check-in, the hotel staff told me that she will give me two twin beds. Then I told her that I booked for Deluxe Double and a picture shown that it is a queen size bed. I think she gave a excuse saying that the double beds are full and you need to indicate you want the queen size bed when booking the hotel at agoda website. Not wanting to blow up the matter, I agreed to the twin bed room. She said she will join the twin beds for us. But it was a empty promise because when we head to our room, it is just two twin bed. Never mind about it.
I think around our 2nd or 3rd day of stay, we suddenly saw the rooms next to us until to the few last rooms are doing some minor renovation. I was thinking why doing a renovation when you have customers living next door. The renovation only take place in the day so not to worry about the noise.
Overall, I am disappointed with the service provided by the Panda's hotel staff. I feel it is over-rated because it is just an average hotel.
Anyway, the panda decoration at the lobby is nice...you may take some photography shots.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is located relatively near the subway station and since it is the red line, it is convenient to go anywhere in town as most of the shopping and attractions are in the red line without changing so many trains in between.

Great value of money!
nice, clean, and elegant.

it has everything it takes to be a 4 star hotel, and better. my fav aspect of this hotel is its cleanness and its dedicated staff. for being in hk, it also has plenty of space. strongly recommended for those expecting to get the most value out of ur 3-star budget.
