I keep going back to the Panda
Good facilities, if you spring for the extra & book the excutive room, Esential shoping close & other shoping not far.

I like the location of the Pnda, for me it is close to the office & away from the bustle of HK. The bus to the mainland, which I use often, is down the road & less then 10 min's walk.
If you want to go to town they have a free shuttle too.
Hotel Feature Tip:
go for the executive room, the happy hour is worth it after a long day in HK.

Panda Hotel
Nice Chinese Restuarant with good food, convenient location

Would recommend this hotel if it is slowly for shopping trips as it is near to MTR and nearby shopping mall. Since it is not centrally located, the prices of the merchandise is reasonally priced.

I do like The panda hotel
I like shuttle bus which makes it easier to access to the hotel.I can feel like reaching the hotel just be on the bus at the right time infront of DFS.

I love this hotel and I always use this hotel when I come to Hong Kong.Though it's not in Shim Sashui.They make life nicer because they provide the shuttle bus which makes it easier to access to the hotel.I can feel like reaching the hotel just be on the bus at the right time infront of DFS building which is very central.
Shopping Tip:
Around the hotel area is also the shopping places. I love to shop around Tsuen Wan station too.

good gym and pool area and shopping mall and food in the one building

the hotel was good for the price. nice and clean and modern. the staff were ok, most spoke good english. the area of Tsuen Wan was not that good, far away from everything. good for a business trip I would imagine. Internet is good in most areas of the hotel.

My last night of stay in Hong Kong
Good service, convenient for eating out and shopping.

It is well sheltered from the rain all the way from MTR and very convenient to go for variety of food at a very reasonably price around the hotel. The Panda Place is really convenience for shoppers if they want to do everything under the same roof. The hotel staff are very helpful indeed and efficient.
Even though the hotel is not too far from the MTR but the MTR stations are the last 2 stations for that particular line which will take quite a long while to go into the city.

personally px is everything, hotel is clean and people work there is nice, inside the hotle, there is a big shopping mall, oppsite building has supermarket, 7-11, bakery shop, u wont feel hungry in the middle of the night.
Some people may be not feeling comfortable because the hotel also next to the hospital, overall the location is not near sight seeing area, but the transpotation is ok, u need to walk 10 mins to the MTR station and then take 30mins if u want to go back to HOng Kong side.

The hotel has good location - close to the MTR, shopping areas and also to the airport and Disneyland. The room is clean, but they could add more pillows (they are small). All in all, we liked our stay at Panda Hotel.

4 night in Panda Hotel
the hotel room is bigger than other hotel in Hongkong or kowloond island. The shutter bus is good which save us alot of money and time to use MRT

if you come with children or elderly, not recommend to stay here because when u shopping in Hong kong island or other place, you will found very inconvenient because children and elderly cannt go back hotel and rest especially you want to shopping at wongkok or other place. however because of the location, the food there is pretty cheap compare to other place. thank
Restaurant Tip:
try to go opposite the road of the hotel, you can found a bread shop and nearby have a hong kong style restaurant, is nice and cheap.

the lobby and the corridor were contemporary, the cleaning staff were really nice

The location of the hotel is good, althought you would not be able to see the harbour, millions-dollars nightview etc., you will be able to do plently of shopping (cheap and quality shopping). Typical hongkong style snacks/food are mostly around this area.
However, some of the staffs were not very nice from my experiences, its kind of a spoil of the holiday...(take into account that there were some nice staffs)
