However it was difficult to find the food store in early morning, you have to try a little little roads near by. However you'll find many dining places in the night time especially the Japanese food name \"Sushi One\" you have to queue for it.

There were not many amenities available. We tried this hotel for the first time, it is in a very good location and not very far from the airport. Especially it is in the heart of the business center, which makes it very convenient for the business travelers.The quality and decor of the rooms is excellent but certain amenities should be added in order to make it one of the best Hotels in Hong Kong.

Room is nice, modern and comfortable.
Service is good and receptionists can speak in English. Stayed at Park Hotel last May 2008 and again this October. Back in May they were under renovation, and until now they still are. Not much of an annoyance though, because the stay was still comfortable. Location! Its near the MTR, the Rosary Church, Nathan Road and lots of good bargain shops and restaurants (Sushi One is right across the hotel and a yummy chinese restaurant called Guangdong is along the street as well).
The room is medium sized, with good amenities and comfortable beds.
We were upgraded to a suite with a great view of the park.

The hotel is still undergoing renovation and a temporary lobby (quite shabby) has been set up on the 4th floor. The rooms are new and of a good size. On our day of arrival we realised that the shuttle bus from the Airport Express no longer stop at Park Hotel due to road works along Cameron Road, so we took a taxi instead. The hotel also charges for broadband usage. The broadband worked fine on the first day but didn't work on the second day. Luckily 2 IT guys came by and helped us fixed it.
Overall if you are planning to move around Kowloon, I would say this is quite a decent hotel to stay.

Newly renovated- rooms are new and nice
Location - 5 mins from MTR station, and located in center of Tsim Tsa Tsui TV- everything was new in the room, except the TV (small and old TV)
Lobby- still undergoing renovation, but no noise at night Hotel is still undergoing renovation, but rooms and hallways are done, and they are nice and look brand new! Only the lobby is not yet finished, but there is no noise at night as they stop work. It is also located 5 mins. walk from MTR Tsim Tsa Tshui Exit B2 station. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Restaurant Tip : Try the Barbeque (Pork and Duck) restaurant beside it. It is cheap and delicious.

Beautiful modern rooms and corridors. Convenience to Tsim Sha Tsui shopping. A little further from the MTR. This hotel technically bordering on Tsim Sha Tsui east is 10 min (interesting though) walk from the MTR for those of you who rely on public transport. Otherwise, the rooms are great: renovated, good amenities, beautiful 5 star interiors. Excellent value. Service is excellent and unobtrusive as well. If local shopping is all you need to do to stay happy, this is the happiest hotel for you. The lobby was under renovation when I was there, so I cant comment. Hopefully even nicer when all is done.

Newly renovated, good location, staffs always smile. small lobby. I got a room at corner of building and it is not a square. I have been there for 2 days. The hotel is at good location: near MTR, shopping places. It is all clean and staffs are very nice. I was out for all day and came back. There was a note from room service telling me to contact them soon because of the "Do not disturb" sign, so they did not make up my room yet. I called the room service and a staff quickly brought me new towels. Impressive!

Renovated rooms are larger than normal Hk hotels, good upgrade features, optimal pricing, convenient location near shopping places and offices, shuttle bus to/from Airport Express Renovation going on, small lobby (if you care), right on the street and so a bit noisy on lower floors, no fringes like newspapers etc. This is a good optimally priced hotel with spacious rooms and convenient location. The older facade contains renovated rooms which do its job well. The service and facilities were decent. Recommended for business and shopping oriented visitors. Not for family or relaxing vacations.
Hotel Feature Tip : Use K3 shuttle from Kowloon Airport Express to the hotel.

Nice bathroom, friendly hotel staff Quite far from the Airport Express bus stop We stayed in Park Hotel from Aug. 20 to Aug 23, 2008. We took the Airport Express to the hotel. However, the bus stop was a few meters away from the hotel so you need to carry your baggages which is quite inconvenient.
The room itself was quite nice. They gave us what we requested which is a non smoking room. Great bathroom! It was unfortunate that we got to experience their typhoon but the hotel updated us quite often with the situation. They even provided umbrellas for the guests.

Great location. Walking access to key locations in Kowloon, metro. Good Indian restaurants nearby. Value for money. A little cramped on space and lack of good restaurants. Park Hotel is centrally located in Kowloon. Most of the public places of tourist interest are walking distance. There is also a metro station nearby, as well as, an airport checkin station with direct trains to the airport. It is a great value for money hotel. There are a number of Indian restaurants nearby that were of special interest to us. Service is good and you find freindly faces everywhere.
The hotel is a little cramped in space, especially the lobby, but that is hardly a downside for a short visit.

Very small lobby & lack of sitting solutions It is my 2nd time at this hotel. Not like most hotels in HK, the room is big and confortable. The hotel is located in best position near to Nathan RD. The hotel provides good solutions for dining with resonable prices. The staff is willing, kind and helpful. I will certaintly be back to stay.
Shopping Tip : there are several electrics shops. The one front of the hotel, at the corner is OK. The one in front of the hotel after the money changer is not reccommended!

Hotel staff wait to help you. Quite a bit far from MRT. I never though that I'll get my stuff back. First day when arrival I forgot my belonging on airport shelter bus, so I very about that....very surprised that finally I can because of their hotel staff. Try once and you will be impressed.

The hotel rooms have just been renovated. The interiors are well done. In the heart of Tsim Sat Tsui area with shopping all around. Lobby was under renovation during time of visit. Although looks promising. About a 5 min walk to the nearest mtr station. Glad to have found this hotel through the reviews of agoda. Would recommend to friends and would stay again. Good restaurants around the corner. Best to request a room facing the park for a view with greens. Also would be good to check if lobby is finished renovation. Print out a detailed map since the entrance to the hotel is not too wide and you might overlook it since buildings near by are not really numbered.
Shopping Tip : lots of money exchangers near by. take some time to canvass since there are about 1 or two per block

This is my first time in HK. It was a really memorable experience especially when we go see different attractions in HK. Our stay in Park Hotel is very good. The staff were all accomodating and they help us find stores that nobody else in HK knows like the Samuel & Kevin shop. This guy from the conceirge gave me an exact location of the shop. He even gave me direcions on how to get there. Plus the hotel has a very accessible location if one wants to take the MTR, go shopping or just go out and see places. I made special requests that we check in early at around 12 noon. Unfortunately when we got there at around 1PM, we were advised that our room is still not available until 2.30PM. We have to leave our luggages and go out strolling in the nearby streets until we can go inside our room. Personally, I like Park hotel as a whole. Although we we're not accomodated in our room on time, because our room was only ready by 3PM, we still enjoyed our stay in Park Hotel. In order to make up for this shorcoming, the staff instantly offered to let us stay in our room until 2PM on our last day at the hotel. I find this gesture very effective. All the staff are very pleasant to talk to not to mention very accomodating. The assigned housekeeping personnel was very polite and courteous too. Our room is also very nice. The furnitures are classy and very clean. It doesn't have foul odor or has unsightly areas. I will surely stay in Park hotel the next time I visit Hongkong
