hotel is located in a convenient location,and clean.easy to find food and shopping shops,a bit far from subway and quite danger when come out from the hotel(near the corner and the cars drive so fast).not convenience for the pick up point.
Maid service is good ,but the check out process is long queue and wait very long time total waiting and check out around 30 minutes.
Amenity and complementary water are suitable for short staying.
Worth for the money.

Generally, the stay was great. The problem was with the WiFi. Rooms did not come with wifi. If you wanted to go online with an iPad, you have to go down to the lobby where it's available.

The hotel was recently renovated and clean. The room roo m is big and is not far from the MTR station. The shopping is planty around the hotels, Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights and as the location of the hotel is good so we could catch the metro trains very easily and also go for shopping on the Nathan road. But the view from the room is bad but was acceptable as you hardly stay in the hotel
