Lots of shops and restaurants nearby Stayed at Park hotel for 2 nights, less than my expectation. Room was clean and still look new but still under renovation so a bit messed up at the lobby especially for check in and out. The concierge speak quiet good English but some staff wasn't very helpful. Location of the hotel is strategic, many restaurants around it and 7 minutes walk to MTR

Close to Shopping area and Clean Park Hotel is a good hotel and close to a shopping center and also famous restaurant. We can walk to the Tim Sha Tsui MTR station to go to other place. For the tourist like us, it is easier to travel ourselves and quite safe and comfortable.
Shopping Tip : GrandVille is very good for girl

Nice hotel, walkable distance to shopping districts, foods, and subway. Park Hotel is a nice hotel. The room is new and quite wide, compared to other hotels in HK with similar price. It is located in a nice strategic location - easy to grab foods, from bars, cafes, japanese food, dim sum, pizza, etc. And it is also about five minutes to the nearest MTR, and within walkable distance to shopping areas. But the hotel is still under renovation, so you might want to consider going during weekends only for now (until it's over)because only in the weekends, the construction will stop.

-Most rooms are smoking rooms, so make sure you book a non smoking one, or else you will end up sleeping inside a big ashtray! If its your first time in HK I would recommend this hotel. It is located in the shopping district, just a couple of MTR stations away from mayor markets. A lot of restaurants in the area, and for those who like to party, a lot of bars, and clubs to choose from everynight. I actually like this side of the bay, a little bit less crowded and less expensive!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The lights show on the bay its just 10 min walk from hotel, and you can go there everynight to enjoy one of the most espectacular attractions in HK!

Even though the front desk its still under renovations, you wont even feel like they are. The staff will try to make your transactions at the front desk very brief and pleasant.
This was my fist time in HK so I didnt know what to expect from the hotel's room (most people complaint about room size in HK hotels), but I had a very nice surprise, they actually upgraded my room since it wasn't a full house night, and got a big room for same price!
If you are looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to spend a few days in HK, this is the one.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you are a non smoker make sure you book the room in advance. Most hotels in Asia are smoking rooms, and usually just one floor for the other type. And non smoking are usualy bigger, so if you dont mind taking your smokes outside, you get to have a nice room for same price as one that is smaller.

Great location, very nice and modern interiors, aircon was cold, very clean bathrooms Renovation ongoing, no breakfast included (I wasn't able to taste the food) The lobby was being renovated, but it was not a hassle for the guests. The interiors were very very nice and modern. The location was great, since it's in the shopping district. All the nice shops were walking distance from it. There's a convenience store very near it. I'll definitely stay here again when I go back to HKG.

Great location. Number of eateries nearby. Easy walk to the MTR. Airport express shuttle takes one to the hotel. Room is of a comfortable size. Reasonable price. The hotel lobby was under renovation but that was not a major issue as the usual services were still functional. The hotel is situated in a great location. There is a number of eateries nearby. It is an easy walk to the MTR and shopping centres. The airport express shuttle takes one to between the hotel and the airport express station. The room is of a comfortable size and the price is extremely reasonable for what we're getting.
Travel tip : Taking the airport express shuttle service makes getting to and from the airport very easy.

quite well located , with a reasonable breakfast buffet selection Very poor selection of English speaking television stations .
Staff at reception were mostly cold and unenthusiastic. I had stayed at the Park Hotel 20 years ago and remember it fondly for it's traditional charms and ambience .
It has tried to become modern but its decor is already outdated , even before it's completed .
The temporary reception area is in a particularly smelly area , for some reason , whilst the electricity buttons in my room were very cumbersome to operate , and the bath not long enough for average to tall sized people .

Great service, hotel's very clean and spacious. Despite being put on the room right in front of my floor's lift lobby, there's un-noticable noise! Amazing. Upgrading of hotel still going on. Check-in/out conceige pretty small and seems quite cramp during checking out. Value for money and would highly recommend my friends to go park hotel. Location's great, nearby food and cafes and walkable distance to TST MTR station within minutes. No regrets! 2 Thumbs up!!

the hotel is located in very nice area every thing you need within your fingers tips like shoping , resturants and transportation the only i really disliked is the attitude of the reception employee it was very bad as ii said this hotel is perfect with most of its features the onley thin disappointed me is the reception employee attitude,, at this time in Hong kong most of the hotel is fully booked so when you make your booking via net he found you got a very cheap price so he which if you leave soon at the departual time i didnt finish my work and ask to stay one hour more as late check out like any hotel can do he refused that and said if you want to stay you must pay for one night as hotel regular price !!! anyway i guess every thing else was ok

Good location, nice fitted rooms, quiet, comfortable I didn't feel there were any cons. The Park Hotel is located in Kowloon. Within easy walking distance there are over 50 restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines. Not more than a 15 minutes away, you can enjoy a walk along the water promenade.
The Park Hotel is also one of the stops made by the free K3 shuttle bus as you alight the airport train in Kowloon.

Clean, cosy and comfortable- immaculate housekeeping! 1- The hair dryer should be located in the bathroom not in a tiny drawer next to the TV cabinet. It took me a good 15 minutes to search for it!
2- The mineral water bottle should be complimentary! Two bottles a day doesn't cost you much does it? As we departed from the MRT, we were on our hunt for the hotel's location. To our surpise most people actually knew where the hotel is located! So locating the hotel was a breeze. The friendly staff whom greeted us at the lobby and front office further convinced me we have indeed found a good place to stay. The rooms overall feel and look are distintively modern/ contemporary yet cosy and comfortable.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is centrally located and most shopping outlets i.e. Sasa, G2000 and independent fashion outlets are within walking distance!

Lifts a bit erratic We had a good stay without any major complaints. The breakfasts buffet are fulsome but expensive, however there are plenty of good local eateries nearby. There was also confusion regarding complimentary water: there is none for Agoda rooms so buy outside as the minibar is expensive for water. The rooms are good although the one we were allocated had no view but we didn't ask for another so it may be possible to ask for an improvement. All in all we were very happy at the price Agoda offered.
The location is excellent for Kowloon with many restaurants nearby and Nathan Road a short walk away. Hong Kong is expensive these days, not the place to buy anything really but few places in the world have such opportunities to blow your money if you like Prada and D&G!

The rooms are neat & clean with good hosekeeping. Channeled music-soothing. Did not have time to check out the cafe. Reception and overall staff polite. Not much scope for vegetarian visitors. Television movies should not be charged. Local calls are free and $5 per call was steep. more variety of music could be added. The location of Park View Hotel is close to shopping, malls, train station (MTR) and restaurants. It is not scenic. The staff cannot understand English and is difficult to converse.
Shopping Tip : We had a Bombay Dreams that was excellent Vegetarian food, diagonal to our hotel.
