clean...good service... good ubication... in the rooms no possibility to boiled water for caffe or tea...big problem... the internet service very expensive... in general nice place to stay in HK...i would recomende it to other people for sure...

The hotel was in the middle of renovations and the reception was on the 4th floor I stayed for several nights at the Park Hotel in Hong Kong and found that it was in an excellent location. It was close to shopping and the underground system. Buses passed in both directions and I was easily able to access tours from the hotel.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful when I asked about the tours. I was having difficulty with my credit card as it had a chip and every time I went to use it, it was declined. I signed up for tours and they waited until I was able to with draw money from a bank machine.
The staff who were at the main floor near the elevators were friendly and helpful as well. I believe they kept out people who were not staying there so I felt very safe.

Good location, nearby shopping area No complimentary water provided. The hotel location is about five to seven minutes walk to the MTR station. In the hotel room, there is no complimentary water provided for drinking, therefore you might need to buy drinks from the nearby 7-11 store. The airport express bus just stop infront the hotel, easy for those who purchased the airport express trasportation passes.
The hotel is still renovating at the moment. The room is quite big compare to other hotel.

Hotel rooms are newly renovated and very furturistic decors. The hotel service is good! It is near to TST MTR. There is a 7eleven convenience store just a 2min walk from the hotel. It is still under renovation during our stay so I find that the hotel is not very appealing before you go up to the room. The hotel doesnt have any massage services or complimentary breakfast and no complimentary water. It is definitely a great stay at this Park Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and very furturistic decors. I had a feeling of staying in a service apartment. The corridors outside the hotel rooms are red carpeted. The hotel location is near to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, it is about a 5 mins walk. The hotel service is good! But there's no bath tub in the room which this can be improved. As some guest may love to have a hot bath. As for the deluxe room it is abit small but still acceptable. The staff is friendly and helpful esp when it comes to road directory. Overall, it is definitely a very reasonable price to stay in this hotel. I will choose park hotel as my preferred hotel in hongkong and definitely come back and stay in the future!
Hotel Feature Tip : A short stroll along the streets near the hotel is great too. As there were alot of food and small shops that you can find your own personal wants and needs like medicine, toiletries, spectacles shop and bank.

The hotel was very nice and much improved from the last time I was there over 7 years ago. I would like to say that my stay in Park Hotel was quite an improved experience from that of 7years ago. Lately I have been staying at the Marco Polo gateway as it has been more convenient for me to move around. But after staying in Park Hotel this time around, I would greatly consider this to be a choice hotel for me and my company as I was quite impressed with the way the interiors have been remodeled and the rest room cleanliness is superb.
The hotel staff was fairly efficient in handling our large group (15pax) and handling our luggage and belongings was done properly.
I would strongly suggest that maybe in future trips with large groups, the hotel can dedicate more assistants in helping bring in our luggage to the airport express shuttle.
Other than that, my group and I had a really wonderful stay and great value for what we paid for.

nice spacious room, close to everything in KL, great hotel location for shopping and night life not much we are pretty happy with everything Our family had stayed in park hotel for two nights, the room was very new and check-in service was very friendly, we will go back again next time
Shopping Tip : Most famous brand are just located few blocks away from the hotel. we had great time buying nice clothes etc, no need taxi or too much walking, everytime we go back hotel to take a break and back shopping again.

the location of the hotel is ideal because it is near to most of the essential place like ferry station, bus and train the room was squeaky clean and spacious. there were few food shops nearby and perfume store. moreover, seven eleven (mini mart) is few shops away. should i visit HKG again in the future, i would stay again in this hotel. i give 9/10 rate because of its ideal location and cleanliness. however, the hotel was still under renovations so i can not give full rate until it is finish.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the hotel is very near to the ferry station where you can take the ferry going to HKG side.

Good location, comfortable and clean rooms Counter staff were slightly aloof and not very friendly I chose to stay at Park based on the great reviews I read on Agoda before going to HK, and I wasn't let down. Firstly, the location is really convenient, being just a 5min walk away from the nearest Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit, and with the malls/shops of Tsim Sha Tsui all around. Lots of places to get a quick bite too.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and even though I had to change rooms to the smoking level to get connecting rooms for my family, the rooms were surprisingly odour-free and the staff were very obliging and helpful about the room swap. Beds are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is shining new with a good-sized bathtub. There're quite a variety of cable channels available on the television, if a bit fuzzy from the reception. The hotel was supposed to be undergoing renovation but I experienced almost no noise at all during the times I was in.
All in all, a fantastic stay, and one I'd recommend to others.

great locations, spacious room. unfinish work on the hotel, cafe and restaurant closed at 11 p.m. Great hotel for the price. Location is in the center, so it was very easy for me to go to my meetings. Food in the area is also great. Plenty of choices. My only problem is that the cafe and restaurant closed at 11 p.m. Hopefully that will not be the case after the re work is done. Also, no reception area. Taxi must stop on the street, making it difficult to unload when carrying a lot of lugages. But overall, best hotel I have stayed in HK for the price.

plain, no breakfast with room The concierge was very helpful. W had asked for an upgrade and a room with a view. When we got to the room we looked onto a building a few feet away. So he got us another room without an upgrade charge and we at least looked out over part of Hong Kong. The room seemed musty smelling at first, but as soon as we put the air on it was fine. The concierge also helped us with various problems and was very helpful. The location was okay as we went all over the area. The hotel lobby was under repair, but it really didn't affect us at all. It was a good buy for the price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We went to Ngong Ping and took the gondola. It's a great way to spend a day out of the city

- There're are airport express bus free service operate between Kowloon station and Hotel.
- Close to heart of shopping center.
- Not far from MTR. Just around 5 minutes walk to gate of Tsim sha tsui station.
- Some of services staffs are understand THAI and able to communicate in Thai language. - Hotel is underconstruction during my visit.
- Difficult to find due to small notice of hotel name.
- Visitors should not walk alone after midnight. (Just my feeling). Overview of hotel is OK for 3 stars hotel. Location of this hotel is benefit in transportation due to close to MTR, Ferry terminal, Shopping center and etc. One of impression is free airport express service bus which come 12 every minutes all times.

- entrance a bit hidden This is not the first stay in HKG for me and my family, we have tried many diff hotels. Park isn't the most brillant or great, however the location is prefect for chic's shopping. There's many street fashion/local price shop's around this area. Food, cafe, 7/11, dinners, jap, thai, viet, etc EVERYWHERE. From the MTR to the hotel is a good 10-20mins walk however along the way there's an endless supply of stores and shops for all ages. You'll always manage to buy something before you head back to your room. If you're not a good control of shopping, pls choose another hotel cost this one will empty out your wallet. Good Luck ^_^
