Updated rooms, quite nice.
The quality of the food at the buffet has slipped, not worth the cost. I have stayed at the Park many times, it is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong due to the convenient location and the low rates. They've been updating it for several years now, and appear to be almost done. If they keep the rates low, I'll continue to stay there. The buffet is very attractive, but the quality of the food has slipped. It is no longer a bargain, even with the preffered rate that guests receive.
Restaurant Tip : One block away is a Delifrance restaurant for quick, inexpensive light meals. One Mody Rd, a pub called Sticky Fingers has good ribs at a good price. The light show over the harbor at 8:00 is worth the short walk to the shore. Go to the walk of fame.

Location, cleanness, helpful and good spirited staff, good value for money Not very important but the entrance renovation not quite finished yet, no liquor in the mini bar Park Hotel is an excellent choice for Hong Kong visitors who pay their stay themselves. Lowest category rooms are maybe a bit small but free upgrading easy. Park Hotel is very clean. It's location is perfect in the heart of Kowloon and the neighbourhood lively but not too crowded. Bus and underground/metro stations are very near and harbour promenade facing Hong Kong island fantastic skyline just two minutes walk away. Good choice of food available near ranging from simple soup noodle joints to gourmet restaurants. The staff recommends willingly and is generally very friendly.
Restaurant Tip : Go dine at King's Lodge just around corner!

Very convenient place which is at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Newly renovated hotel which looks clean, tidy and pretty.
The hotel is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is very convenient. It is in TST and near to many hot shopping centers.
The room is tidy, clean and comfortable.
The bathroom is nice too. The room service is nice and the food is tasty. Overall, the hotel is a very good place to stay especially for shopping days in TST.

new renovation,near by the shopping area,many shops around,not far from MRT B4 i choosen the park hotel,still have a lot question about the hotel renovation,cuz some hongkong friends told me that is a very old hotel.but i still trust agoda comment,stll choose stayed there,at the end it didnt make me dispointted,even they still having renovation,but doesn't have big noise,compare with the other hotel in hongkong,Park hotel's room size not such small.and the most important thing is quite clean and tidy,and is close to the centre of TSIM SHA TSUI

Excelent room for the price, very quiet and comfortable.
The staff were always friendly and attentive The reception area was still under reconstruction but this will be sorted out. The hotel is still in the process of reconstructing but this had little affect regarding the quiet and comfort of the room.Our room was real value for money and the staff were at all times friendly and helpful.
The location is very good and within walking distance of all shops restaurants and the Star Ferry.
Considering that the Swine Flue was still a problem the staff were very professional when on a daily basis they took tempratures etc. I would certainly stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : Just 100m away on Chatham Road is a small cafe which is excellent for a cheap breakfast and English language papers

room size and decoration, location, staff the room is super spacious compare to other hotel that i've stayed in Hk..and is very new since it's just renovated.The decoration and furniture is nice too.It's situated very close to MTR station(5 mins walk to TST station and a few blocks walk to east TST station.Staffs are very helpful and speak very good english(some even speak Thai)

Nice location around with shopping complex and restaurant, not far from MTR station. Room is ok, clean without smoking smell. Staffs are ok and helpful. I uncarefully push the 'do not disturb' button after get out but when i came back in the evening, found note asking what convenient time i need to clean and so reception called me again to ask whether i need it..impressive!!
Shopping Tip : Recommend perfume shop near the hotel, it's very cheap(tester) after try it's real and worth it.

The rooms where clean, attractive and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was superb. Excellent value for money. The reception was temporarily relocated to a higher floor, but the service more than made up for it. Everything about my stay at the Park was a delight. I chose the hotel because of a warm recommendation from a friend, who mostly liked its location. I found the location to be as convenient as I was told, a short and pleasant stroll to Nathan street.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms an absolute delight, room-service prompt and reasonably priced. I short, a pleasant stay, excellent value for money. I will gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Bedside light controlled from only 1 side of the bed - a small point We found this stay to probably be the best we have enjoyed in Hong Kong in 5 visits. The rooms were between 3 and 4 star and the service was very good. We enjoy walking and found access to all the major areas to be easy either by walking or using the metro system which is outstanding and easily the best underground system we have come across in our travels

best feature would be the size of the room. currently being renovated.no complimentary bottled water everyday. park hotel is situated in the heart of tsim sha tsui. however, it is still a 5 minute walk going to the mtr station. other hotels have better location in terms of its proximity to the mtr. a very positive feature of this hotel is its spacious room. compared to other tst hotels, it is quite big! since it is also newly renovated, the rooms are clean and furniture doesn't still show signs of wear and tear. one negative thing during our stay is the fact that the hotel is still being renovated. the reception area did not have that welcoming feeling. there was also no complimentary drinking water given.

The location of the hotel is a plus point. Conveniently located between Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations, one could easily take either line to visit many places. The lobby of the hotel located on the 4th floor is a bit small. One has to stand to wait to be seved if the few counters are all engaged by other customers checking in or out. The hotel is very well located. It is within walking distance to many shopping outlets and eateries. It is also located between Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations where one could easily take to go to many places. The staff at the hotel are also very friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Head to Nathan Road where there are lots of shopping. Once you step out of the hotel, turn right and walk straight till you come to entrance of Tsim Tsar Tsui MTR station. Nathan Road is just behind the station entrance.

The location was why we chose Park Hotel. It is right smack in the middle of all the shops and eateries in Tshim Sha Tsui. I went right after their renovation in 2008 and they are having upgrading works again. The rooms were new, comfortable and kept clean. The bathroom was basic but could have been a bit bigger. This is my second time at Park Hotel. I had held high expectations after enjoying my stay in 2008. This trip certainly did not disappoint. The staff were all warm and welcoming, from the receptionists to the concierge and even the housekeeping ladies. The receptionists and concierge were able to answer my travel-related questions, and even had a directory to call the pastry shop I was looking for. I would definitely return to Park Hotel for my next visit.

Hotel is being renovated, this should be ncie when done. When we stayed here, the hotel is under renovation and the reception was ugly. It was very inconvenient because we had to wait for so long to check in The hotel location is abit far from the MTR station. The rooms are very clean and we liked how they renovated the it. The rooms are very modern and very comfortable. This is one of thehotels that I will definitely recommend to my friends.
The staff are not as friendly as other hotels though. Some of them are rather rude and it seems like they dont't like their job. When I asked if they have umbrellas the guy in the concierge just starred at me. He wasnt very friendly.
Despite of this expeience, our over all stay in this hotel is still comfortable

great location, clean rooms, good value for money, friendly staff Renovation is still ongoing but it's not much of a hassle Our stay at park hotel was good. They had friendly staffs who assisted us with our checking in and checking out. Although renovations are still going on, it's not much of a hassle. The location is near the MTR and near the science museum. It is a very convenient place to stay since a lot of shops are near it. A lot of restaurants and pastry shops are also near the hotel so it's not a problem when looking for food. I last stayed here in 1992, I'd love to stay here again.
Shopping Tip : There are a lot of cosmetic shops outside the hotel. If you want to go to mongkok, the MTR is just 5 minutes from the hotel.

Sizes of the room and price. The location of the hotel is really great, and the rooms are really nice, but not as big as I like. And the last thing to know is that the Hotel is under construction so for example the lobby nowadays is in the 4th floor.
